This luxury condo is located in-between Gas Town and Yale Town. Amenities to this unit are ideal. There are two major grocery stories just minutes from the condo. Costco being one and TNT being the other. Five star restaurants and coffee bars are also within walking distance. If you would like to do some touring then hop onto the Aqua bus. Going to Grandville Island is a breeze. You can also take a bike ride around the sea wall and enjoy the ocean and Stanley Park. This condo is close to just about anything that you would like to do, whether that be shopping, sightseeing or just relaxing in a coffee bar.

This appartment is very well located, at easy walking distance from many of the city attraction. It was very clean and the host was thorough in her explanations in how to access (with pictures, fantastic!). It is important to note, however, that there is no AC (air conditioning), only fans. It was fine with open windows in late September but the condo is located in a busy section of the city so there was a lot of noise with the open windows. The condo is very nice, nicely decorated and very confortable.

This condo is located in the center of everything - what a terrific spot! You are close to tons of fantastic restaurants, attractions, and the SkyLine is just around the corner. We walked everywhere. I cannot say enough great things about the communication with Hellena - that includes before and during our stay. Extremely responsive and helpful. You cannot go wrong staying here!

The condo is nicely appointed. However be prepared for the traffic and skytrain noise. The location is not recommended for evening walks to a restaurant. Far too many homeless and drug users are quite evident. Also, the parking garage is something else. Only suitable for a mini car. Anything else is far too big to fit in the parking stalls and navigating within it.

We stayed for 2 nights before a cruise. The location was great. The luggage storage nearby was a nice option. There are so many restaurants to choose from, including a few at ground level of the building. The unit was as described and comfortable. The trip to the port was quick.

We were very comfortable in this condo which is very clean, well-organized, and well-located for sightseeing. It comes with an underground parking space which is a little complex to find the first time but was very helpful for our rental car.

Vancouver trip

Overall, we enjoyed our stay in this condo. It is beautifully appointed and is exactly as pictured. Location was convenient for us and the various places we visited within the city, such as Granville Island, Gastown, Chinatown, etc. We did decide last minute to go to Whistler and would highly recommend doing that.Some issues: We were told to contact Branden if we need to store our luggage when we arrived but he never responded to my calls. However, the man at the luggage storage place was very helpful and facilitated that for us. We had some difficulty getting into the building using the intercom system, but it was much easier once we started using the fob. We were informed just before we arrived that the dishwasher was broken and being replaced after our visit. So we decided to eat out all of our meals. We did utilize the microwave and coffeemaker which functioned well. We washed our clothes while there, so we were appreciative of the washer/dryer in the unit. City noise was louder than expected, so be prepared if you're a light sleeper. We used the fan at night and it worked as a great white noise machine. I slept very well on the comfortable mattress as well.Our host was very responsive. The unit was very clean and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed drinking wine at night and looking out at the city views. We had a fun trip!

What an easy transition from our arrival to our departure! The manager was always available for questions and suggestions. Check-in and check out was especially easy compared to other VRBO experiences. The apartment location was convenient to all the main attractions we came to see. Public transportation is right outside the building and many shops, grocery stores and restaurants are within an easy walk.

Beautiful condo w plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Very comfortable and stylish furnishings. Views were amazing! Even on a rainy day. This property is in a prime location for attending events in the area. We had a short, comfortable stay. The check-in instructions were very detailed and included pictures, all of which made it so we had no issues accessing the property. We would definitely stay here again.

A little short of perfect

Overall it was good, but there are a lot of small things that I wish they would fix, change, or update. IfI had to put a number on whether I'd come back, it'd be 70%. - The microwave was missing, which was a big let down. I feel like this should be in the description - the sofa's faux leather is worn and flaky. It got all over my plants - it's be nice if they can figure out an easier check in and check out process especially regarding picking up and leaving the key fobs. This was the biggest pain the a$$. - It'd be nice if they can update the check in manual they give with the updated pictures of the key fobs, and also explain which button opens which garage door. - note that the garage door fob is also a fob for the elevators and the main entrance. My wife and I couldn't move separately because we didn't know this. - the parking space was fairly tight for my SUV, so you'll most likely have to have everyone get out of the car first then park the car. - there are a lot of glass furniture, so be aware if you have kids. There are a lot of breakable things in general - It's literally right next to Costco and a subway station. Also within walking distance of science museum for kids, which is by far the biggest one I've been to - The ventilation in one of the bathroom is super loud - The swimming pool was pretty nice. There are other amenities, such as kids' play room that is not listed in VRBO. The play room is suitable for kids under 6 years old, I'd say.

Great View Great Location Great Host

My wife and I basically chose this place because of the proximity to Roger's Arena, where we were attending a hockey game during our long weekend in Vancouver. This place was awesome; great view, great location, great accommodations and a great host. Helene met our every request even supplying a larger parking space for the truck. We highly recommend staying here and will stay the next time we are in Vancouver.

Nice luxury suite located right next to Rogers Arena.

The 2 bedroom suite was immaculate, and the location was right in the heart of the downtown core located across the street from Rogers Arena. I will consoder booking again on my next visit to Vancouver.

5 days in beautiful Vancouver

Overall impression is good but a couple of comments. Never used microwave as door seemed to be jammed. Lighting very poor in main bedroom. Second bathroom toilet handle needed to be held down to flush. Accessibility once in very good. All amenities were excellent. Location excellent as Skytrain is so close and bus to English Bay just outside door. Would stay there again . Dennis, Valrie and Julie.
