Excellent customer service and wonderful place to stay. I highly recommended this place. Thank very much for your service.

Fantastic quality of service Cleanliness Amenities Great room service and I to thank the night shift were awesome Providing transportation . I would highly recommended

Very nice and convenient location close to everything downtown and Capilano bridge park. Staff was all friendly and very accommodating. Breakfast was satisfactory.

Old hotel but fairly clean. The room was comfy. Climate controls worked just fine. Clean beds and linens

Breakfast room was cold. Cold enough to make all the hot breakfast cold before too long. Room was clean, view out the window was of the neighbouring building concrete block wall about 5 feet away. Location was a bit out of downtown, near Burnaby. There were a few nice restaurants within 10 minutes drive in Burnaby.

The interior is updated and nice. A first when we drove from Downtown Vancouver to the hotel, we passed by a sketchy area and felt uncomfortable to continue to check in to our hotel. But after observing the sidewalk and the front of the hotel, we felt better. Parking was a bit tight but it's better than parking on the street.

We like that they have a free parking and free breakfast.

The hotel is in a bad area of town. I didn’t feel safe while staying there. While the breakfast was part of our stay, the food itself was mediocre at best.

It was very clean and the room was comfortable. Although it said free internet available, it worked so slowly that it was practically unusable. It's not a big thing unless you rely on that for some work.

The breakfast was the same every single day,and it was boring

It was close to tons of shops and restaurants. A 15 min drive to downtown area. The rooms were spacious. Free breakfast every morning. Free ah uttle in the morning to downtown but you must find your way back. Taxis are readily available and a bus line drops off across the street. Parking garage was free and locked behind you with access through your room key. It is on a busy street which can get loud but it didnt hinder my sleep. Overall, we were extremely happy with the hotel and would definitely stay again.

The approach is through a sketchy area but by the time you reach the property it's fine.

Staff all so professional and so helpful. They made sure we were taken care of.

The stay here was lovely for the price point. The room; especially the washroom and balcony, had some generous wear and tear however I was not too upset considering I was looking for cheap accommodation. I didn’t realize how far this was from downtown but it only cost about $20 to Uber from the hotel to Granville street. The receptionist were angels and the nightly security guard was always friendly when we walked in. I would stay here again
