AC decent, liked the balcony access for freh air as the cleaning supplies used were pretty strong in the room. Pillows not great, pretty lumpy but the beds were decent. Low water pressure in the shower, loud toilet flush. Breakfast was instant eggs, hash browns, sausages, plain yogurt, whole fruit and toaster stuff. Some cerals.

Check in was fast. Our room large, clean & comfortable. We took this hotel for the cruise port shuttle. We tried to book the shuttle for our 11:00 check in at the port. The one van they have holds 10 passengers. There was one spot for 10:00. We were offered 8 or 9 am. Not convenient. The area around the hotel is a bit rough. But, there are lots of choices for Asian food within walking distance. The buffet breakfast was excellent. The staff is professional and friendly.
