Good location. Walk distance to great restaurants, transport and attractions. Very slow elevators stopping on every single floor. From floor 19 that seems like an eternity. Seems like they could make better use of the 4 elevetors they have.

Was told free breakfast included. It did not because we stayed in the condo part. When booking didn’t get information about the difference between condo and hotel. Would have been nice to now this.

Great location. Thats it. Wifi didnt work and room was really dirty.

Central location, prompt registration desk, good value gor the price.

Great property in excellent location. The rooms are comfortable and well appointed. Walking distance to many fine restaurants and bars in Yaletown. Easy access to other downtown areas. I highly recommend and would stay here again.

Great view of the city from the unit on the 19th floor. Close to the stadium, Vancouver Symphony Orchestra, and many excellent restaurants. Very nice neighborhood location. Sheets on bed in the unit I wss in were thread bare and frayed. Blankets' fabric was worn, scratchy, and pilled. Closet space very limited. Filters for the cooktop vent were very dirty and dusty. Combined kitchenette/dining area/den was always dark like a cave and had no source of natural light.

There is no staff to replenish towels or toiletries. The kitchenette was well stocked for simple meals.

We apologize for the confusion. We try to differentiate with the name of Rosedale Condos vs Rosedale Hotel. We share the same building yet the units are very different. The condos have a kitchen and separate bedroom. We are also owned by two different companies. I hope I was able to clear up some of the confusion.
