The concierges were a great help with restaurant recommendations and reservations, as well as arranging our transport to Victoria. Be aware that this hotel is converting to a Marriott so there is some minor construction and elevators are slow. It did not affect our stay in the least.

Close to downtown and only 3 blocks from the cruise ship terminal. Everyone on staff was friendly, helpful.

I will return if staying downtown Vancouver. Very chic and modern. The twin beds were great for 2 friends to share a room.

The hotel jacuzzi was non-functional and the womens’ sauna was dry compared to the steam sauna for men. Most fixtures are dated from the 80’s without recent updates.

Convenient location to the train stop and staff was so kind.

Perfect location and excellent staff at this hotel. We booked two nights prior to a cruise. It’s so close (downhill) to Canada Place the cruise terminal many are walking. Staff Friendly and helpful getting tour info and tickets. Room was spotless with a nice city view. One elevator was out of order and the second one was slow. Otherwise everything was good. Would definitely stay here again.

beautiful hotel close to everything staff excellent

It is an old hotel but very comfortable. The elevators are extremely slow but otherwise it satisfied our needs.

The hotel is in a great location, and the staff was warm and friendly. We had dinner reservations nearby and could walk to the restaurant. The breakfast choices were very good. You could open up your window at night, to get fresh air. Always a plus. The room was large and was very comfortable. I would highly recommend.

The accessibility room was nice but the entrance was so narrow the wheelchair wouldn’t go through the entryway. Fortunately, the person in the wheelchair was able to walk short distances.

We enjoyed the hotel, location and facility. We were coming from a cruise and arrived mid morning, yhey were able to get us into our room immediately, what a wonderful experience

The room was so clean. Their bed was so comfortable. The sheets were so soft. They had a really nice staff. The location was amazing. walking distance to most of the places. Overall, nice staff, clean room, comfortable bed and best location. I would definitely recommend the hotel

Great welcome, delightful staff, comfortable room and bed. Snazzy bathroom. Salad in Diva restaurant outstanding.

Hotel staff has been great and are very accommodating.

Hotel was well situated. Consierge and hotel staff were quite good. I was also impressed with the Late night staff and early-morning shift staff which usually are not as responsive Room was large with both a bath and a shower. There was a place for luggage with the light that was very helpful to live out of suitcase. I always want there to be more lighting in hotel rooms Then there are but the lamps for well situated for reading. There were enough outlets as well Cleaning was good not great. I discovered a Blackberry on the floor which I had an invert only drop the day before and the room has been cleaned but missed that The downside of this hotel is that it was used by tour companies so there were times that it was very difficult to get in and out of the hotel and or get an elevator-

The staff was very friendly and helpful. One elevator was being renovated; so there was some long waits. Paid wifi only is unfortunate.
