Location and price is amazing. Don’t get me wrong, it is a dated hotel, but you are literally 2-3 blocks from beach and food heaven everywhere and Stanley park is super close. The value and timing and location far exceeds any other place I could’ve found. The front desk was super nice and accommodating to us.

Nice hotel. Elevator broke while we were there. I liked that they served a small breakfast/refreshments in the morning.

This a great hotel in the middle of the bustling English Bay Area. The room was clean. Check in was speedy, which we were thankful for at 2:00am. The front desk held our bags the next morning while we explored the city. They were kind enough to call a taxi for us since our cell phones didn’t have service. Thank you!

No street parking or pull up area for check in. Due to construction immediately next door, access to parking was tight. Parking limited.

It's the best hotel for a cheap trip to BC with an amazing location for food and sites.

This is actually the second time we stayed in this hotel because other reasonably priced options were not available. It has basic things; functional.

The lobby is shabby and dirty. The hallways are dingy. The physical appearance of the lobby from the outside is depressing. However the bedsheets and towels were fresh and clean and spotless. The room was very spacious, with a large fridge, stove, kitchen counter and sink. Despite the appearance the hotel was satisfactory (albeit overpriced for the quality. You are obviously paying for its prime location). I would stay there again nevertheless.
