The hotel is very nice! Great,friendly staff. Wonderful location downtown near restaurants, the pier, shopping, indoor mall, grocery store, park and tours at the pier. The food in the hotel restaurant was expensive. There are other restaurants in walking distance.

Breakfast was very good. The hotel decor was very dated and worn. The air conditioning was very noisy. Location is excellent and is apparently heavily used by cruise ship passengers and airline crew.
