Very nice boutique hotel! The restaurant in the hotel is delightful. The outdoor seating is perfect in the summer. The food is excellent. The service is superior.

The hotel was clean and quiet. The staff provided excellent customer service with friendly and welcoming smiles. I would highly recommend this hotel to others.

Marie at the front desk went out of her way to help us and effectively saved our vacation by making arrangements for us to be picked up at Seattle airport and be driven to Vancouver.

Great staff and building. TV system seems a bit dated, but who wants to go on vacation and watch TV anyway? Well run and nice place. Also close to a lot of public transit and the West End and Stanley Park. VG

When we walked up, the hotel was smaller than what we had envisioned, but that was not a problem, it was cozy and uncrowded. The elevators were always quick and they are super quiet. We had the Park Vista corner room and were a bit disappointed in the size (the wide angle photos make it seem more spacious than they are), but it was fine. The views were largely obstructed by other buildings, but we could see small slices of the waterfront. Staff were super friendly, and the housekeeping and turn down services were great - especially given how other hotels are still using COVID as an excuse to skimp on these things. The Waterfront was a 10 minute walk and we could walk everywhere downtown including Gastown, Chinatown, Stanley Park, and English Bay in 25 minutes or less. They do offer free bikes for up to 3 hours at a time but we preferred to walk most places. Overall a lovely place to stay, convenient to everything. A great boutique experience. The building nextdoor is under construction and the sidewalk is closed which was a minor inconvenience given us walking everywhere, and there was some construction noise that could be heard in the rooms, but not too bad and never early in the morning during our week stay.

Amazing staff and nicely sized room. Very walkable to the Sky Train. Wonderful restaurant in the hotel. We had a great experience and would definitely stay at the Loden again.

Staff was extremely helpful and knew the guests by name. Loved the bike rental.

Staff was so friendly!! Beautiful room!! Excellent restaurant!

What makes Loden Hotel stand above the rest? It is hands down the lovely people who make up their staff. Every team member makes you feel like a VIP guest the moment you step through their doors. Their attention to details is impeccable... like coordinating a seamless trip to Victoria, or recommending the best dumpling restaurant, to seeing the best holiday lights show in the world! We travel a lot and my 13 yr old son exclaimed this was his favorite trip experience. Our gratitude to the Loden staff... especially to Adrien the director of guest operations and his excellent staff, among them- Daria, Elena, Jessie, and Dmitrii.

The entire staff, from the door to the front desk to the housekeepers really do seem to want you to feel like, whenever you walk into the place, you're coming home. I saw something along those lines written on something there, and I tend to be very cynical when places say things like that about themselves, but that is exactly how they have treated me each time I have stayed there, this most recent being my 3rd. Thanks, I hope to return again as soon as I'm able.

First time staying here, but definitely not the last. Most impressed by the people who work here- they were all super-friendly and really cared about making my experience as a guest wonderful. As far as the rooms, they were very nice and the Loden has an awesome gym, which also contains a heavy bag, which is very rare to find. At checkout, I accidentally left my prescription sunglasses, and the hotel has promised to ship them to me. I strongly recommend the Loden.

Very comfortable, plush Accomodations. Highly recommend!!

Good location Good service excellent details Very clean Needs to update No microwave or wet bar Extremly small zinc in the bathroom my suit always got wet while using it Otherwise the suite is roomy and comfortable

One of the best boutique hotel experiences, ever.

I have stayed at Loden many time when on business trips. Have also tried some others thru the years, however Loden is by far the most pleasant stay. Great feature is the shower (and not standing up in bath tub with shower curtain).

Great location - very close to convention center. Staff was excellent!

Beautiful city. Hotel has an amazing location, within minutes of walking to Skytrain terminal, cruise ship terminal, Stanley Park and all the best that downtown has to offer including the new Nordstrom, chic shopping areas, fabulous restaurants and historic neighborhoods. Hotel is modern, luxurious and staff is amazingly friendly . Value for the money is much BETTER than expected
