My husband and I had an excellent time. The hotel is beautiful and everyone was helpful and went beyond to make sure we were taken care of. I would highly recommend it. Great location too!!
Loved it all from the beginning to end. Great pool and hot tub. So close for Cruise the next day. Everyone was amazing. Would stay again for sure!
To my impression, the Fairmont Pacific Rim stands head and shoulders above other Fairmont properties in the area. The building and interior facilities, in and of themselves, are impressive as can be - however, what is even more impressive is the responsiveness of the staff. From booking details to a hairstyle emergency, I could not thank the reception & concierge staff enough.

I had a wonderful stay. The staff was professional, friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable. I had a room with a partial water view overlooking the swimming pool. Will definitely come back!!!
