I spent three nights with a granddaughter & sister in celebration of a milestone birthday & an anniversary. I was surprised & delighted to find a special treat in our room when we arrived! The room is comfortable & the views of Vancouver are very nice. The little kitchenette actually had a stove, microwave, refrigerator & eating equipment. The pool is shallow & somewhat small, but good enough for me. The hot tub was great! The staff were responsive, friendly, and polite. We left our car in their lot and used public transportation or walked to wherever we wanted to go. Good restaurants are within a block or three. My only wish is that the bedroom and sitting area were reversed so you could enjoy the views while awake in the sitting room. This was my second time at this hotel and I expect to continue coming.

We enjoyed staying here. It was so nice to have a sitting room, kitchen and bedroom. The bed was really comfortable. The shower was strong and hot. We stayed for a week and could have comfortably stayed longer. Everyone was nice. There's plenty of shopping and dining within walking distance. We had a corner room on a higher floor so we had a very nice view. The elevators can be slow but we weren't in a hurry so it didn't matter to us.

Only reason I didn't give full 5 is because of the noise level. The furnace made a loud pop every time it turned on and there was metal clicks all through the night a one our room.

I loved the location of the hotel, it's close to everything and within walking distance of restaurants and shops. The room is clean and comfortable. The downside of staying here is the HORRIBLE wifi. That is, if you can even connect and get a solid connection. It's been a year since I've stayed here last and there's still no improvement. Besides that, I would stay here for convenience. It's a place to sleep comfortably and shower. Hopefully wifi will improve in the future.

Hotel is an easy walk to every attraction--Yaletown, Chinatown, Stanley Park and Granville Island. The hotel has spacious rooms, great views and it is very quiet at night. A large variety of restaurants are a short walk away. But if you want to eat in the room, the microwave, refrigerator and little stove are perfect for an evening in. I have stayed here twice and it is perfect for the traveler. I highly recommend it.

The elevator or front desk was old but the room was cleaned and large enough to stay for 2 adults and 3 kids. It was comfortable to stay.

I needed a hotel room within walking distance of the downtown core, and this fit the bill perfectly. That it also has underground parking for a very reasonable rate is a bonus. I only stayed one night, so didn't really need the extra space and the kitchenette of the suite, but if I were staying longer, it would have been ideal to be able to fix breakfast, relax with a nice glass of wine, etc. in the convenience of my own room. I ate breakfast in the hotel restaurant/bar, and it was reasonably priced and satisfactory. I will definitely stay here next time I need to be in Vancouver.

Able to check in early and leave car later on the dat we checked out. Great location. Close to Rogers Arena for hockey, Yaletown for cocktails and dinner and and nice walk to Gastown for coffee.

The location is great, it's close to the stadium if you're going to any events. It's walking distance from many restaurants and shops which is very convenient. The room was clean, the beds were decently comfortable. The wifi was fast and working perfectly fine. Parking is limited if you drive a truck. Overall, I would stay here again when visiting Vancouver.

Room was out dated. Light switch was very confusing. In order for the lights to work the main switch had to be turned on. Used the bathroom in the dark not knowing the switch was off. Elevator was very slow.

I love this hotel and Will be recommend it to my friends. The suite was clean. Located in the center of vancouver. The staff were pleasant. we were even upgraded to a 2 bedroom suite. The only thing that my son complained was the Wi-Fi. It was a little slow.

it was a great hotel . nice view trough the window ...

My fiancé and I stayed at the Rosedale on Robson and has a great experience! Location was perfect and the hotel was a great value for the money. The pool, sauna, and steam room were great hot tub was cold, though! Overall we had an excellent stay.

It was the best price and quality around if you wanted to be in walking distance to the stadiums. Easy when coming and going and very quick access to everything in the city. Plan on staying again when coming up for a game.

location was good. maybe complementary breakfast? and they need to work on the wifi.. NOT GOOD!! its really slow and not working most of the time.. that's pretty much the only thing that bugged me..

The Hotel has a great location, just on the edge of Yale Town. Lots of great little restaurants and sights to see in easy walking from our suite. Clean, suite with very comfortable beds, and friendly staff.

pros: great location, big room. Cons: poor wifi in the cornor room at 15th floor, the parking is limited.

My stay at Rosedale on Robson Street was wonderful. Attentive and friendly staff. Nice amenities and centrally located even a short walk to the subway (CanadaLine) to airport. Truly a great stay and value.

My friend and I had a fantastic time at the Hotel. It was very comfortable, clean and we will stay there again the next time we are in Vancouver. We have recommended the place to several of our friends to stay at the Rosedale. Very nice restaurant in the Hotel called Rosies that we enjoyed it was not over priced and it was excellent food and service.

I was upgraded upon arrival to a higher floor (better view) free of charge. The rooms are much more spacious than most. The maids are friendly and do a great job. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay!

Thank you for taking the time to write your review. With regard to the WiFi, the new system was turned on recently so you were probably here under the old WiFi. Jim Miller General Manager
