Great location for restaurants and seeing sights. The staff are nice and helpful. The property suffers from a lack of basic amenities. The really easy one is an electrical outlet or at least USB slots in alarm or light on bed side table. The fitness room is just a few treadmills, bikes and stair masters (no weights or oven a bench or mat. It and the pool are exposed to street level by large windows, which is awkward.

We arrived 4 hrs in advance of check in(4pm) but staff was able to accommodate early check in at 1pm. I would like to see either more plug outlets or desk lamps with USB A or C for electronic device charging. I great location and we've been staying here for over 10 years. The rooms need freshening up with brighter colours and newer furniture. We received a notification about a welcome gift but the front desk couldn't confirm if I was eligible for it ☹️. So nothing on arrival.

Loved the spacious room, with big windows, enjoyed our street view. Was woken up by extremely loud sirens, even through my earplugs, which can’t be helped I guess. Lovely location in a pretty neighborhood with lots of dining options. Room was a bit dated but so roomy that we didn’t mind. Enjoyed the complimentary wine. Would definitely stay again
