Convenient location Didn't like noise on the street at night.

They were really kind! It was a so nice stay. The room were clean.

The price was great, but no air conditioning, the bed was slightly stiff and the bathroom was the down the hall. When I'm in town on my own and want to save a buck it's fine, but I probably wouldn't put my wife up there.

Great location. Charming little hotel. Friendly staff.

Location security and breakfast are good The staff who served the breakfast should wear gloves when touching the food

People they great service and care for their customers.

Room 221 was very noisy. A vent connects it to the room upstairs so you here everything. After switching rooms, my stay was much better.

Very nice small hotel in the middle of everything. Within walking distance from cruise terminal, a few minutes from SkyTrain station. Very nicely renovated.

Small rooms, shower and toilet down the hall, no a/c, no tv (not really a bad thing) - as close to camping as I ever want to get. Great wi-fi and excellent staff. Good spots for breakfast within a block walk, a grocery store and bank as well. Great restaurants and pubs within walking distance in addition to the Kingston Pub and Grille which was very good, friendly, and reasonably priced.

I thoroughly enjoyed this little place. It is right in the middle of downtown. It has a 1930s charm to it. It is well maintained, the staff is exceptionally helpful and friendly, and it is right in the middle of everything. The minor annoyance of a shared bathroom can be overcome with planning. Staying on a budget, but a budget that allows you to go above hostel living, this place is perfect. It is especially perfect if you are spending your day exploring Vancouver and you need a bed to lay your head and a shower to wash your booty.

I really liked the interior design of this hotel -- it is both homey and classic. This is a family hotel mainly operated by the father, who is the owner and manager, and the son, who usually serves at the front desk. They are both very welcoming and friendly, and wanted to make sure that I had a great experience both in their hotel and in Vancouver. Will definitely stay there again the next time I visit Vancouver!
