For the price it doesn't include breakfast. But beds are good clean and staff very professional.

It was a wonderful visit from the very beginning. The staff was so nice and accommodating. We arrived way before check in and they were able to get us into a room early while we waited for our upgraded room with a harbor view. We were visiting Vancouver BC from Seattle for my sisters birthday and they really made it special. Sending my sister a wine and cheese plate with a hand written card as well as a delicious slice of chocolate cake. It was a very memorable trip and all of the staff at the hotel had a part in making it a wonderful experience. We will definitely be visiting again soon.

As usual anything Marriott doesn't disappoint. Great location, stuff and overall experience. Highly recommend it!

First time in Vancouver & loved it! Very clean & modern. Love the long walk along the sea wall. The Marriott is located 2 blocks from waterfront & very near restaurants, shopping & activities. Staff very helpful. Wi-Fi free if you book direct, but will cost you if you book through a third party.

Everything was clean. Wifi service was shady. Great views. Never tried restaurant. Walkable to everything was the best part.

This hotel was outstanding -- the service, the location and the very friendly staff! I would stay there again for sure.

this hotel is really close to everything and a in a nice area, close to gastown and downtown. staff was friendly and very helful, plus we had an amazing view.

Nice and clean hotel...we'll definitely stay again in this hotel...

The hotel is ok - the city is expensive overall, for the price we paid we could get a better hotel in other cities but for Vancouver this was a good option Location is great and the concierge is excellent!

Ideal location steps away from the sea wall in an upscale Vancouver district. Comfy pillow-top beds, quiet, attractive rooms, extremely congenial hotel staff, excellent restaurant and bar, well-appointed pool/health club on the fourth floor. A guest can feel welcome and at home here. Loved it and will be back!

Over all excellent stay; staff were professional and friendly, location was excellent (heart of downtown, nearly on the waterfront, train station 5 min or less walk)

We had a great stay at the Marriott. I was especially impressed with the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. They made the stay enjoyable. I liked the location and view. It is a quick walk to the water. We bumped up to the concierge level room for $50 a night but it includes free wifi and free breakfast. Enjoyed our stay.

Average. Friendly staff and a good location though. Had to ask shower caps, mouth washers, bar soaps, skin lotions, etc. Felt the hotel wanted to save some costs. but way too frugal. Wouldn't go back.

Comfortable bed. Small room but adequate. Great pricw .

We stayed at this hotel for nearly one week. The room was very clean and well kept. We had a room on the 20th floor with a city view. Our windows were panoramic, spreading nearly the entire length of the room, from floor to ceiling. The king bed was extremely comfortable! This hotel was within walking distance of almost everything. The one thing I didn't much care for was the separate shower and tub in the bathroom. I prefer a larger shower myself, but that's just a personal preference. There was nothing actually wrong with it. The hotel restaurant was good, but extremely pricey. I paid $26 for bacon and eggs. We spent a good amount of time in the bar (the Showcase) and the bartenders were all enjoyable, and provided a lot of information on things to do and places to go. Overall, it was a great place to stay and I'd recommend this hotel!

We booked the Pinnacle because of it's convenient location to the port where our cruise ship would depart. We did not want to have to make transfer arrangements in order to get us from a hotel to the port. It was only a 1.5 block walk from the front door to the port. There was a quaint breakfast shop right outside the second floor door (back of the hotel) and the town was beautiful and safe for my son and I to do some sightseeing the day before.

Walked from the ship terminal and checked in early with no problem. A great location and the whole area was clean and beautiful. Breakfast is pricey but there are coffee shops nearby with breakfast. The staff was very helpful for getting us around town and to the ferry for Victoria. I'll stay at Marriotts again.

The Marriott has a really good location if you plan to walk in the city while on vacation. The harbor views are also really nice, though there are some buildings that obstruct the view a bit. The room was also very, very small, and the style was suited more for business than vacation comfort. Hotel staff was ok, not overly helpful or friendly. The bar staff was standoffish and the prices in the restaurant were ridiculously high. We paid $25 a head for a soggy, boring buffet breakfast. Don't eat at the hotel!! There are plenty of restaurants to walk to! WiFi is also really high. It is better to pay for a roaming package. Next time, I think we will stay at a boutique hotel.

Great location, walking distance to everything. 2 blocks from harbor and Canada place where a lot of the tourist bus will pick you up for activities, such as for Capilano Bridge. Room had a great view, very clean and modern. Too bad wi-fi wasn't free in the room.

One night stay. The room was clean. I liked the standup shower. The location is good, very close to shoreline.
