This property is very disappointing for a Marriott. The decor is out of date but most importantly the entire stay was not good: Food in restaurant was cold, hot drinks: coffee, hot chocolate were warm at best. The cocktails were horrible and a few we had to send back with no empathy from staff. The room we were in with our small service dog was so dysfunctional we had to take turns walking around and could not have our travel companions over. Last, we chose the hotel for the Gym, pool, hot tub and after our long day at the suspension bridge we came back to find they shut it down for maintenance. Marriott of my list now. Manager was informed about our experience’s and said sorry

The view was amazing!! Definitely worth the upgrade to a Harbour view room! Staff was also great, we checked in at 1 AM and mentioned to the receptionist we were there for my girlfriends birthday, and the next day we came back to the hotel after a long day to find a bottle of champagne and some chocolate covered strawberries, very nice!!! Didn’t eat here too much but the one breakfast we shared and the happy hour appetizer I got were both top notch.

I really like the location of the hotel. Close to the harbour and walking distance to many restaurants and attractions. The only small complaint is the room did not include a few bottles of water and I had to ask for it to be brought up to the room. Other than that, it was clean and the breakfast buffet was delicious.
Location was very convenient , restaurants the tourist attractions were within convenient reach !
