Friendly and efficient staff and check-in. Comfortable beds. Had the breakfast package and service was slow at the restaurant on site, which served the breakfast.

Everything was digital, helpful housekeeping staff, great location. Just probably need an option for heater and a mini fridge or microwave.

I liked the convenient location. Near stations, eateries, and shopping. Disliked the reception desk staff outside of Hyrda (ground floor). In two occasions while trying to exit the building to W Pender, the doors wouldn’t open. Instead of informing me of anything, they just watched.

Nice, clean and swanky. Great location and great price point.

We admittedly had low expectations for this property after staying at 2 other Executive Rewards properties the night before and the previous weekend. But this hotel is clean and modern, the staff were very friendly and also welcoming to our dog. We booked an executive king room, and loved staying in it. I'm picky about beds and always complain about beds being too soft or needs to be replaced. But the bed in our particular room was fairly firm, which I was happy to nap on and had a good night's sleep without tossing and turning. There was a dog bed and raised food/water bowls in the room ready for our dog, and we really appreciate that. The extra sink in the room comes in handy when the bathroom is occupied. I really like that the floors are tiled (except for the areas surrounding the bed), as I'm a germaphobe about dirty carpets with past pets' urines soaked in them. EXchange Hotel Vancouver is on our list of hotels we'd book with again.

Very clean, excellent condition, great location, friendly staff.

Excellent hotel in a fantastic location in Vancouver. Superb customer service and staff.

This property was beautiful and I was impressed with the valet welcome. The check in staff were great too. The only let down I have is that we did not have a fridge in our room, we had half a roll of toilet paper and felt we had to constantly call to reception for things our room should have had. We were on the top floor ‘penthouse’ room, so I feel they could have taken better care given the amount we paid for the room.

Everything is just fine except for the parking they only have a lead parking and its $48 dollars

The cleanliness, the friendly staff and the location in downtown.

The hotel, although advertised as being in a historic setting, had very modern amenities and was close to the cruise terminal, about two blocks away. Staff was very welcoming, helpful and friendly. We appreciated the early check-in, continental breakfast, large shower and heated floors in the bathroom, Illy coffee and tablet in the room. You do need a brief primer to use the elevators, which were fast and efficient but loved the feature which tells you which elevator is coming to whisk you up or down.

Thank you for your feedback! The reception desk beside Hydra is that of the base building and is not affiliated with the hotel. We apologize for the confusion. We are delighted that you enjoyed our location and we look forward to welcoming you back again.
