Where do I start? While in a good location, this was certainly not what we expected compared to our first condo in Vancouver. We spent our first night freezing as there were no blankets and the heat only seemed to work in the living room. We had to use towels for warmth. They finally had two blankets delivered the second night from Walgreens via Instacart. For three days after that, I kept getting Instacart order approval requests for unrelated orders! Additionally, The mattress in the master bedroom kept coming off, the pillows on both beds were cheap and uncomfortable, and the bathtub was dangerously slippery when showering. Then we tried to watch TV but there was no cable. When we asked about it, we were told we could use our own streaming accounts but couldn't download any apps without a password, which, despite several requestsfor one, we never got. Finally, the key fob wouldn't work so we had to kerp looking up the initial password to get in the door. Too many misses, with very little help from the property manager, so it was very disappointing. I feel like we should at least get a refund for our first night because we were so cold...

Great condo within easy walking distance to Granville Island Ferry, cute cafes for a quick coffee pick-me-up, Fresh Market with a wide grocery selection and excellent bakery, and the beach! My family enjoyed a comfortable stay here and would recommend to any traveler looking for a refuge in Vancouver while exploring.
