Very convenient to Coal Harbor, the Convention Center and the Exhibition Center. The staff was friendly and helpful. I feel I received value for the modest expenditure.
Our only complaints were that the bathroom lighting was not very bright making it hard for us (older folks 50ish) to see in the mirror, even with ALL the lighting ON, and that the shower water pressure was on the low side making it take longer for my girlfriend to rinse her hair. We assumed the low water pressure may be to conserve water; however, that may be negated by having to run the water longer at least with someone with longer hair. Only other minor comment is to provide more free TV channels and not so many sports oriented ones. Other than these items everything else was great!
Can’t say enough good things about this hotel. The staff went out of their way to be helpful, offer suggestions, answer questions, and meet any requests. Beautiful original art, not only in the common areas, but signed and numbered prints in our room. Free wine tastings every night. This hotel has class. And pricing was very reasonable.
