The hotel was in a good location in downtown. Staff was great

Went on a tour to Butchart Gardens, city of Victoria, and Capilano Suspension Bridge all very beautiful

My husband and I staged here for 4 nights. Excellent location close to restaurants shopping waterfront Stanley park. You can walk everywhere

My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights on our first trip to Vancouver. The location was central to everything which made for some great exploring. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. As others have noted, the bathroom is quite tight, but we made do. I would recommend the Listel to others and would stay there again on our next visit.

If you are planning a stay in Vancouver BC then don't overlook the Listel Vancouver. Are you looking for a hotel close to restaurants? You've found it at the Listen - it's close to a variety of restaurants to satisfy the most discriminating of palates. There's even a day spa three blocks away where you can pamper yourself with a massage and facial. The Listel Hotel Vancouver - a gem in a fantastic location, friendly staff and decent sized well accommodated rooms. (You will also love their normal rack room rates too!)

We were very pleased with the quality and friendliness of the hotel staff.

Walkable to a lot of the main sights. Staff was actually amazing. Also don't miss the wine reception from 5-6 in lobby. Forage restaurant was the best place we ate at while in Canada, fantastic food that was part of hotel.!

Clean and spacious rooms, very friendly staff, convenient and central location allowed us to walk to shops and restaurants. Also, loved that they are an environmentally friendly hotel--they have trash, recycling and compost bins in each hotel room and filtered water on tap!

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel as I would run out of space. However, check in was speedy and efficient. Front desk staff was extremely helpful with not only answering questions about all the area and Vancouver had to offer, but gave me some really great imput/suggestions for dining, shopping, money exchange, local attractions and assisted me when I had transportation needs as well as the little extras. The highlight of my trip was the free electric bikes that the hotel has available for guest to explore Vancouver for up to 3 hours. After that their is a charge. I took advantage of the work out room that that had a good amount of equipment available also for usage. The hotel offers happy hour daily for which their is a selection of good wines. Regarding my room and housekeeping, I really appreciated the fact that housekeeping supplied me with extra linens when I requested and didn't come banging on my door first thing in the AM with the roosters. My room was spacious and had all the neeeded amenities. Thank you to all the staff but a BIG "thank you especially to David, Ayuni and Thomas" for all the extra special care in making my stay an enjoyable one! Kudos!

Pricey for what you get with staff that is not the most customer friendly(front desk) Would probably not book it again.

We had a great experience at the Listel, starting at check-in. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was spacious, comfortable and clean, and the location was central to what we wanted to do in Vancouver.

The staff really shine at The Listel! The room was sparkling clean and close to downtown Vancouver. Taxis are easy to catch from the Hotel making everything very accessible. The attached restaurants - Forage and Timber offered excellent food making our entire stay a real joy. We'll definitely be returning!

We loved staying at the Listel. It's in a great part of the city for touring and walking around. The complimentary French press served at your requested time in the morning and the evening wine hour made the experience quite memorable. We will definitely be back!

I am pleased with my stay at this hotel. I traveled to Vancouver BC to see Madonna in Concert and selected this hotel for the location and cost. The staff were friendly and even allowed me to have an extra guest at no cost. A+

The Listel is a great hotel, very comfortable rooms, very quiet area! And the staff is beyond compare! Everyone from the front desk staff to the cleaning people were extraordinary! I loved the sparkling water tap on my floor! The location is good, not great as it is at the end of the Robeson shopping district. And while their Forage restaurant is rated an one of Vancouver's best, I found their menu extraordinarily limited, their breakfast menu is also limited, and the chef should remember that travelers may not be up to quite an experimental experience for breakfast.

Just had a great stay at the Listel. I loved the art incorporated throughout the hotel- it adds a special vibe and makes it very Vancouver. The rooms are very nice and the beds are SUPER comfortable. Wi-fi was quick and always working. Another plus was that our stay included free calls to anywhere in North America- which was really helpful being from US and having a limited phone/data plan. Other helpful amenities include water spouts for refilling water bottles, great views. Staff was friendly and helpful (e.g., after waiting for a cab without luck for about 20 mins someone from the front desk stood out on the street to hail us a cab so we could make it to the airport in time!). This location is great though- so many restaurants and shopping. Dinner every night was difficult to choose. Although the location is great, should I stay in Vancouver again, I am not sure if I would stay on Robeson street again.

I like the hotel, it is just inside the downtown, at the Robson street, a famous street for boutique, for caffee...

This my second stay at the listed, I love this hotel, the only problem is the soap, shampoo and conditioner dispensers in the shower, they don't work! Bring your own shampoo and conditioner. There is coffee an tea in the room, nice touch.

Enjoyed our stay and the location was convenient..............................

The hotel staff was super friendly and helpful. We have a toddler with us and we actually changed rooms a couple times to find a really nice quiet room that faces the backside of the hotel and away from the elevators. Hotel is at part of Robson that's quiet yet has easy access to everything, including walking distance to shopping, restaurants and whole foods! Definitely my favorite on Robson!
