Staff was very friendly, room was excellent, proximity to the train station was less than 2 blocks. I ordered room service and had one of the best burgers I have ever had! Great stay. I would however recommend not heading east on Hastings to all guests that are unfamiliar with the area.

Staff were excellent (so were the complimentary cookies). Room was clean and comfortable. Great location. Only complaint is the piped in fragrance that filled the air in the common space (lobby) and a part of the restaurant. We actually took our meal up to our room so that we didn't have to taste the artificial scent with each bite. In this age of allergies and work place bans on perfumes, it's odd that these properties still make use of this.
