First impression was excellent staff! Genuinely friendly and helpful, professional and warm which is a rare combination. Room was very clean and well appointed. Had just the right amount of amenities. The bed and pillows were so soft and comfy! Like sleeping on clouds:), esp after a long day of walking and site seeing. Perfect location for walking to restaurants, shoppes, pubs, and near the free shuttles for Capilano. Close to the water so you can walk to one of the ferry stations and hop on for Granville Island. The train is nearby - just a 5 min walk. Took it from the airport (Waterfront line), & used it for other transport to attractions.

Local calls were not free. Sofa bed was the worst I have ever slept on. Ever.

Hotel close to many local restaurants . Aldo late not convenience store nearby

Perfect location in Vancouver city. One block from Gastown and water front station, less than 10 minutes walking distance to Canada Place and also downtown. And right across the street from The Lookout. Couldn't be more perfect in terms of location. Staff was super friendly and gave us an upgrade and late checkout. We absolutely love it here and would come back!

We are a family of four (kids 12 & 16). We stayed at the Delta for 5 days. The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful. I can't say enough about them. We ended up upgrading to a room with two queen beds. The first room was fine, but we just wanted to be more comfortable. We almost booked a hotel in North Vancouver because the main reason for our trip was to visit the Capilano Suspension Bridge Park, but I'm glad we didn't. The Delta is located close to Waterfront Station (you can pretty much travel anywhere from there), Canada Place (you can get a free shuttle to Capilano from there), Gastown (a bunch of places to eat and shop). The best thing is there are plenty of places to eat within walking distance. Overall, we had a great experience at the Delta. I would stay there again if I ever go back.

Perfect location, clean, friendly staff, complementary wifi... and it is a suite so we could put kids to sleep and hang in the other room. Sleeping sofa in living room sleeps 2 adults nicely (though when it opens it blocks the fridge, but we didn't care). Staff is nice, I asked for a step for kids to reach the sink and got it in my room in no time. We had great time, thanks.

Handled a mistaken check-in date and Orbitz screw up with ease and class. The entire staff was fun professional and smart. Very helpful with restaurants and sights.

Convenient location near waterfront. Overall nice staff. Rooms comfortable, beds especially. Staff helpful with getting taxis, info on the city, etc.

Great hotel in the heart of Downtown Vancouver. Will stay there again the next time I am in town.

Good walking distance to the waterfront and restaurants

Something felt a little dated about it. Restaurant was small.

Great staff ... Very helpful and friendly. Easy access to train to airport as well.

Great location - easy taxi ride to Kitsilano and Downtown Vancouver. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Neighbourhood is fun during the day with the market near by, but kind of deserted at night. Restaurant patio is right on the water and has a fantastic view.

Very nice, airy suite hotel with spacious rooms and wonderful views. Bedroom totally separated from Living area. Easy and efficient check-in.

It was a nightmare to reach due to street construction everywhere downtown. Had I known, I'd have booked elsewhere. There was no valet person available despite offering valet parking. And I had a scare in my room as the housekeeping staff barged in on me resting (awake) in bed in order to do turn down service. They didn't wait for me to answer the door. Jeez! If you have a car, there is a parking garage next door, however, you cannot access the garage at the elevators despite there being a door right there (no door handle) - it's meant as an exit only. Which means, you have to walk down the driving ramp to a stairwell and either walk up or down a flight to get to the elevators! Not fun when you have bags.

Great central location. Walked to Hockey game too!

The people were sweet, and the room was clean, but it was dark and felt cramped, and had low ceilings, which made it feel uncomfortable for us

The stay in this hotel was fabulous, we it has excellent location, and great service. the people there are really friendly

We were pleasantly surprised with our accommodations. We had been on the road for 10 nights & this was the best. The staff went above & beyond, especially Alison!
