Excellent people and very pleasant
Personnel were great. But Hotel was way overpriced. 2 of 3 Elevators out of service, so you could not get out 2 days in a row. Personnel could not overcome the facility’s shortcomings.

First impression was excellent staff! Genuinely friendly and helpful, professional and warm which is a rare combination. Room was very clean and well appointed. Had just the right amount of amenities. The bed and pillows were so soft and comfy! Like sleeping on clouds:), esp after a long day of walking and site seeing. Perfect location for walking to restaurants, shoppes, pubs, and near the free shuttles for Capilano. Close to the water so you can walk to one of the ferry stations and hop on for Granville Island. The train is nearby - just a 5 min walk. Took it from the airport (Waterfront line), & used it for other transport to attractions.
Local calls were not free. Sofa bed was the worst I have ever slept on. Ever.
Great location near Gastown. Walking distance to tons of shops and restaurants. Hotel suite was very comfortable.
