To say that this hotel has seen better days is an understatement. In our room, the electrical outlets were shaky: some didn't work at all, others felt like a loose connection that could cause an electrical short circuit any time. The sheets were dirty and the windowless bathroom had no exhaust.

i was told that a shuttle service would be available but my flight was late and they shut down before i arrived - they changed the internet access and my security on my computer red flagged everything when i tried to access the net - i also booked and payed ahead - was told it was in CDN$ but when i finished orbitz changed it to US$ - booked and payed early and was charged $25 extra

We did not stay here… There is a pandemic if you haven’t heard… We wouldn’t and couldn’t go to our cruise… And these people would not refund our money… I would not recommend anyone like this

I loved having the restaurant and bar 'Moxie' attached to the hotel, very good and very convenient.The only downside to the hotel room was the temperature control system was a little noisy as it turns itself on and off to maintain its temperature. But not quite noisy enough to prevent me from sleeping, thankfully.

Wasn't worth $240 a night for a tiny tiny suite. It would be better to spend $240 for a room at river rock resort, way bigger compare to the "SUITE" at this hotel.

The staff very helpful!!! The bar grill is perfect!

The receptionist on the night of our arrival was dry and unfriendly.. One family member had checked in earlier, so I expected the receptionist to tell us that we were all set and should enjoy our stay. Instead, when he finally got the spelling of our last name, he remarked with an dry, edgy tone and irritated face, "You don't have a reservation here." Starting the next morning, however, even he became smiley and polite.

Quality hotel to stay. Close to the airport, but not the city. Keep that in mind. Nice restaurant connected to the hotel but not much else in walking distance. The gym was not in working order but it appeared to have limited equipment.

They even gave us a basket of snacks and water during our stay.

Under renovation, rooms are underwhelming, if u get a deal stay if not look at the Sandman Signature well worth the extra money
