Lofted bedroom was cool. The only downside is it gets really hot in the loft because the ac was all the way at the bottom of the stairs. Some of the kitchen supplies could also be cleaner/ replaced but this was a convenient location to the Richmond night market

There was a leak in the room and carpeting outside the bathroom was wet. It smelled moldy. When reported to front desk the sent a maintenance man up with towels to cover the carpet. We finally gotna new room after demanding it.
