We had 3 unsatisfactory issues with this hotel - first, we reserved 4 spots on the shuttle to the airport for the next morning. We were given 4 tickets for our spots. When the shuttle arrived in the morning, we were told there was no room on the shuttle for us and we were asked to wait 30 minutes for the next shuttle. We could not do this, so the front desk called us a taxi and said they would pay for it. Our 2nd issue was that when the taxi dropped us off at the airport, he told us we had to pay the fare because the front desk did not give us a voucher for payment. That 'free' taxi cost us $20. The 3rd issue had to do with printing our boarding passes. The front desk sent us to the business center to do this. One printer was out of order, and the other was out of ink! We didn't know it was out of ink until we hit the print button for our boarding passes. So much for checking in for a flight ahead of time. And when I mentioned to the front desk that the printer was out of ink, she kindly told me they were having problems for about a week. Why, then, did the gentleman at the front desk send me up there to print my boarding passes??? There was a kiosk in the lobby he could have and should have sent me to. And add insult to injury, the coffee in the lobby was undrinkable. Sometimes, it's the little things that matter the most.

The room was semi-clean. Hotel is old and worn down. Our non-smoking room reeked of cigarette smoke. We were given a new room, but it also had an odor.

it was quite noisy, being by the elevator. room had unpainted patch jobs all over. room was clean, but it looked well used.

Excellent shuttle service to and from Vancouver airport. Visible from highway, so easy to find when returning to Vancouver from the mountains in rental car.

Close to the airport with good shuttle service. Moxies ( the hotel restaurant) is very good.

I request a room for two beds and end up with one. No apology or explanation. Since I am there really late at night, I have no choice to accept it.

Really bad service in the bar (inattentive) 6. Deposit safe broken 7. Management did not offer a different room, did not turn on the heat (they did give me a small heater and they did fix the safe) 8. The hotel manager has promised a refund

Very convenient because they are close to the airport. The washroom is clean. While the wifi is not very stable, and the room is quite small.

The hotel is nice. Room is clean staff is friendly. Its usually in my top 5 choices to stay whenever I go to Canada. They have a shuttle that goes to and from the airport however they changed it recently to where you have to request it. They used to have come every 30 mins. dont know why they changed it. Other than that its pretty useful.

Hotel shuttle was complimentary and quick from airport. Room was comfortable but showing some age. It also had a few cleanliness issues (permanent stain on quilt, bathroom walls not super clean). Other than that, nice hotel.

Easy to get night market and many shopping malls are nearby.

It was great for the price I paid. I had a family wedding to attend and decided to stay the night instead of driving back home. It was conveniently located to my relative's home and it was what I needed.

My only complaint was the time it took to get a shuttle fromthe airport to the hotel. They were swamped and it > 40 mins to finally get a seat on one. Otherwise the hotel was fine

we got the room with 2 levels and we really like it and i feel like i wanna stay there more days we had a good time in this hotel

Good location . Short drive to airport. Free shuttle. Everything else just ok

The hotel staff was great, and our rooms were very comfortable. only negative would be that the pool was too cool and the hot tub wasn't hot enough!! otherwise no problems, very convenient. we will be back.

we shopped, restaurants walking distant of hotel. there is a dollar store, sams, subway and bagel shop and chinese a couple miles of hotel.

happy with the room, but not much else

was put right beside the elevator....room 328.

convenient stay

Families

Very convenient because they are close to the airport. The washroom is clean. While the wifi is not very stable, and the room is quite small.
