Executive Hotel Le Soleil

The staff is top notch. Super nice and accommodating.

I cannot say enough about the staff at the hotel. However, the corner suite is just a bit on the tight side. There are two pocket doors, which gives you an idea of the size. Two standard doors could not open into the hall. The other issue that we experienced was a very warm bedroom, despite record breaking low temperatures. We left the window open at night, but it was still very warm. One night, it rained so we closed the window and it was almost unbearable. I did notice when I booked the room that another guest had the same issue. It's an older building and was reasonably priced; maybe we just got what we paid for.

We booked Le Soleil for a night since we were in town on business and were pleasantly surprised with the great aesthetics of the building and the staff really made us feel welcome. Great rooms, great rate and a great location.

This hotel is convenient to restaurants, activities, etc and we were able to walk to most of the things we did, but when necessary the hotel got us a taxi or provided information immediately and were always friendly and polite.Room clean and all needs provided. But, most of all, the hotel is pretty and makes one feel that it is really a vacation whether on business or pleasure. We will visit again.

Borrowed bikes on both days that we stayed and had a lovely time biking along the seawall. Would stay again. Got lucky and we were upgraded to the penthouse which was beautiful! Nice balcony and view.

Medium-Sized centrally located hotel with friendly service. 10 minutes walk to Canada Place, cruise port, sea wall. Upscale lobby and suites. 2nd visit.

enjoyed our stay--would book again, great location

Very warm helpful staff, excellent location Would stay again !!!!!

This is a very good hotel that is located in the central business district. Close to several very good restaurants. Will stay here again.

Room booked twin beds with sofa sleeper has no twin Queens available. Sofa sleeper horrible on your back. Also billed for extra two people sleeping on the sofa sleeper. Not aware that was an extra charge so got a lovely surprise on my bill. Staff was very helpful location great near the Waterfront. No available pool in the building as noted on the website. There's a fee for using the health center next door. But charges too expensive won't restay.

The hotel is super cute and has a lot of character. The room is plenty big - has living area with a pull out couch and a TV and a king size bed with another TV. We stayed only one night but the staff was very friendly and helpful. It is an older hotel but everything was clean and well kept.

My family rented two rooms for a one night shopping trip to Vancouver. Staff Was very friendly. The hotel was clean and very nicely furnished. The one bedroom suites were small and we were on the tenth floor with a view of the wall across the alley. I will return, but next time I will try to reserve on a floor above 10.

A great hotel from checkin to checkout. All of the hotel staff always greeted you on every occasion. The room was great and perfect for my business trip. The room always smelled fresh but not perfumey. Linens were changed every day. This was not necessary but the option was there to decline a linen change. I liked the suite layout and the living room area was very comfortable to relax after a day of walking and meetings.

This was our second time to stay here. This time we chose a corner suite. I definitely recommend the small upgrade cost. The best restaurants and Urban Market are just blocks away. Easy walks also to Bella Gelato (must) and Chinatown. The perfect boutique hotel in this little slice of Europe.

The staff is very helpful and incredibly polite. They genuinely greet you overtime you walk in the door, they print your boarding passes without a hitch, they ask if you need anything. It makes a difference. The room was very nice, with a comfy King bed in one room and a sofa and chairs in an adjacent room. Big TV's in both rooms. The bathroom was clean and functional. The toiletries were nice (Aveda) and replenished each day. Location is perfect with a quick walk to almost everything including the water, Stanley park, great restaurants.

We had a great stay at this hotel. It's in a great location, convenient to Coal Harbor, Gastown, Chinatown, Yaletown. Staff was friendly and helpful, rooms were large and very comfortable. Would definitely stay there again!

Nice hotel in a good location with a nice on site restaurant that serves great breakfasts. Staff was excellent. Rooms were small but very clean and well appointed. Views were non existant or of the city.

Great location with an excellent staff. I would stay there again when in Vancouver

The hotel was beautiful, the in hotel restaurant was great and the beds were super comfy. Our only complaint was that we paid an extra fee to have an extra adult in our suite however we still only got 2 towels, 2 coffees, etc. We were totally lost when we got to the hotel and the parking attendant caught us and helped us out which was great.

Best hotel in downtown van, excellent room comfort and staffs.
