Everyone was extremely kind and helpful. I love the fresh fruit water in the lobby. We were able to get an early check in. Our room was clean and was stocked with all the amenities we needed. The hotel is located within walking distance to shopping, Rogers arena, convention centre, and the Hullo Ferry. This is the perfect place to stay for concerts and shopping. We will be back.

What a beautiful hotel, from the entry to the adjoining sitting room in our suite, I felt a relaxing sight one over me. Clean, comfortable and classy. The robe and slippers added a feel of luxury. The staff were accommodating and polite from an early check-in to bag storage, all of our needs were met. I will be back!

Have stayed here several times with my family. The hotel seems to have reduced their services. Used to have access to the YWCA gym across the street but the front desk did not mention it this time. They also used to have a doorman with valet service we would take advantage of and that is also gone. Hotel restaurant (Alouette) is very nice but closes early on weekends (10pm), had to go elsewhere for a night cap.
