I should have chosen the Hilton Downtown vs Metrotown for Seattle sightseeing. I was surprised that glassware had to be requested and didn’t see the notice to that effect, and the bottled water in the room was $3. For what we paid, I expected free water and glasses. And the hot tub was broken

Staff was wonderful and location was excellent. The room we had was massive which made our stay more comfortable. There was no shortage of finding a restaurant, but we did enjoy the breakfast at the hotel! It’s clean, and relatively quiet
