Hilton Vancouver Metrotown

The location is very good. It is located next to Crystal Mall so there are many Chinese restaurants around. The hotel even has its own passage to the mall. Also the traffic is good. The skyline Metrotown stop is 10 minutes walk away. The only issue is that the sound insulation of room is not so good. I can even hear what people are talking about in the room aside. The good thing is the manager deal with the noise immediately.

Stayed here several times. Rooms have always been clean and comfortable. It's close to Metrotown Mall and Theaters. Not very convenient to downtown Vancouver. The room service menu was pretty limited, which was disappointing. One of the room service staff had a bit of an attitude, although the rest of the staff were nice and accommodating. I'd stay here again.

Staffs are very friendly, rooms and parking lots are clean, environments are great.

Larger than expected, but no free wifi in the rooms!?

The hotel was great except for the feeling of it being an early 90s hotel. We thought it was brand new (

Hilton hotel is a hotel that out of my expectation, the equipments in the room is friendly, I have very nice sleep and enjoyful meal.

Hotel was clean, staff was friendly. I wad there for business nearby and had a great stay.

In addition to the terrible non-existing street parking, the front desk staff had EXTREMELY poor customer service. Our toilet flooded and upon requesting that it be fixed, the employee literally just put a few towels over the toilet water that had spilt onto the floor. Also, the shower plug kept falling down so that the water kept building up. The sink water was VERY muggy to the point that I was disgusted and even second guessed whether or not that water was sanitary to brush my teeth and wash my mouth. All in all, I would rather stay at a hotel for half the price, than stay at one that is supposed to be extremely well known, with absolute POOR service. Literally the worst I've ever experienced.

I paid almost $400 for 2 nights. Since its a Hilton i thought it would be alot better. Lets start with Location. Its right by Metrotown which is GREAT because of the mall. The room cleanliness was alright.Amenities they have a pool. However its FAR from any of the room and on top of a roof. I had to talk down 2 flights of stairs not including using the elevator. Staff I had two different people greet me. A lady when I first came in she was nice. The second night I went out and went to ask the night person when is the latest I could check out and VERY rudely he says "No you cant we are all booked tomorrow" without even checking. So would I ever stay there again? NOPE there is a WAY better hotel across the street from it WITH and INDOOR POOL and is connect to metrotown mall.

This is my third stay at this hotel. The rooms have always been very clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff is accommodating, although I can never seem to reach the Concierge. Not much for amenities - no room snacks, sodas, or water. There is an IGA two blocks away though. The movie selections are very good, although the TV screens are on the small side. The hotel is a few blocks from Metrotown shopping mall and theaters. There are restaurants near the hotel, but some are not within walking distance.

Hotel is convenient for shopping. However the in room desk is not well suited to working on your computer.

I was trying to book a hotel in the Downtown area, but everything was so overpriced plus they all charge a ridiculously high parking fee. This hotel is only two blocks away from the Skytrain station, and there is a huge Mall right by the hotel. The price is reasonable and parking was only $9, internet was $8. Breakfast was pretty good, $18/per person.

We really enjoyed our stay at this Hilton near Vancouver. The staff was helpful and courteous, the room was clean (and big!), and the only downsides were the parking fees ($9 per night) and the room wi-fi fees ($4). (A desk person told us we could avoid the room wi-fi fees by using the free wi-fi in the lobby; also, they had three computer terminals, which was nice.) While the hotel is about a 15 minute drive to downtown Vancouver, the SkyTrain station is only a short block away.

It was good staying there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Found this Hilton to be a great value for the price and the area. Staff gave good food and travel tips, and helped us save some money on the wi-fi service. Plenty of restuarants in the immediate area, but beware of the nearby food court--two cockroaches scampered across our table! Also, there's a fine market at the corner. Only downside was the distance from downtown Vancouver, but the SkyTrain stop is barely a block away.

Everyone at the hotel really went out of their way to give me a great experience. We spent a week in Vancouver and the location was great. It was right next to Metropolis Mall and Crystal Mall (an Asian Mall). The skytrain was close by and an easy ride to Downtown Vancouver. The concierge recommended several attractions to visit and my favorite was definitely Grouse Mountain Zip Line. The kids loved the room we had a King Suite with a King Bed and a Queen size pull out couch for the kids. Wired internet was free but wireless was an extra charge. Valet Parking is $13.50 a day but much easier then trying to find self park in the parking lot next door. The business center was great. Printing was free for the 1st 10 pages. They also have a scanner and fax on site. Thanks Hilton for a great trip.

We checked into the hotel on a Saturday night. Check in was efficient, and the young girl checking us in (Kelsie?) told us she had upgraded our room. I was happily surprised as we had secured a good price on the internet, and was not expecting any perks. We were also given a voucher for free breakfast in the morning. Our room was wonderful. A one bedroom suite, with modern ammenities and clean and comfortable. The room was quiet and so was the air-conditioning. The breakfast buffet was by far, the best I've ever had for a hotel buffet style. Hot foods, fruits, cheeses, biscuits, cold cuts, etc, etc. Transportation that leaves every 3 minutes is but one block away and wisks you downtown in about 15 minutes (skytrain) We will most definitely stay here again, as it exceeded my expectations in every way.

We were in Burnaby for a wedding, but would have preferred to spend more time at the hotel. The service was really first-rate all around -- the front desk, the restaurant, the maid service. Internet was free, the breakfast buffet was included, parking fees were very reasonable; unlike many other first-class hotels, we didn't get the feeling that we were being gouged.

This is an urban location attached to an Asian Mall and only one block away from a huge shopping mall. Although the hotel's restaurant didn't interest us, there were a few other options just across the street. It is quite aways from downtown Vancouver and Stanley Park.

Clean room and friendly staffing. The included breakfast was very good. The bathroom door automatically closes itself, so you can't keep it open. This is not that convenient if you want to listen to TV while using the bathroom.
