Stayed their for two nights to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The staff are so nice. When we came back to the hotel we are surprised that they give us sweet treats and champagne and a simple note to great us on our anniversary. And so we thank Karen for that.

I had a big package with the fish I caught and was looking for a freezer to store. The hotel reserved freezer space for this type of need. Very considerate! The staff was very helpful and made things so easy. This is the hotel for my next trip to Vancouver!

The hotel is well located and acessible to metro mall. The hotel provides free shuttle to and fro metro mall every 1 hour and till deep night. If you are into gambling, the Casino is unusually clean and smoke free. The staff are okay nothing exceptional about them.

Awesome hotel!!! The location, casino everything was great.

We have family close by and are always happy to stay at the Delta a few times a year. The staff are friendly and always helpful. Easy in/out from the highway to the parking garage. Delta has upgraded the facilities substantially over time and it's one of only two places I would consider staying in the area.

This hotel is easy to find, decently priced and the staff is terrific. We were lucky enough to be given a complimentary upgrade to a wonderful room with a view! There is also a casino attached if you want to get rid of some extra money.l

needed something close to my office in Burnaby, and this place is great.

Smallish hotel attached to casino with access to some very good restaurants

Really enjoyed my stay. Food is terrific in Ebo - but at a premium price; I didn't go to the casino so not commenting on any of that. Location was really easy to find, and close to what I needed to be close to. Tons of free parking in the covered parkade. Staff is amazing. Anna at the front desk must sleep there because she was there every time I walked by and like every other staff member always said "good day" or something cheerful when anywhere near them. Room was VERY clean, VERY quiet (even though I was very close to the elevator with only 12 rooms to a floor the traffic is rather low) and quite comfortable. The bed was a "medium firm" king and my only small complaint was there was a rather thin comforter but at home I have a very thick duvet so this is more my adjustment than their problem. I turned up the heat in the room the first night (nice plus having a proper thermostat in the room) and I'm sure I could have called for another blanket if it was needed. I travel to the area about once a year for short business training courses at BCIT and this will absolutely be the only place I stay from now on. The Or-(can't put the website name here??)-bitz price plus the excellence in accommodation is a win!

Spent the night at the Delta Burnaby Hotel while in the area for the Abbotsford International Airshow (everything in Abbotsford was sold out). Had a fantastic stay, the front desk staff were helpful and efficient, the room was great, the beds were comfortable, the bar in the Casino had a live DJ the night we were there so the music was great, the drinks were a little on the expensive side, but tasty. The hotel is located right off Highway 1 and, while there is construction in the area, access is still very easy from the highway. Our room faced away from the highway and we didn't notice any noise.

Nice hotel and casino, recently updated and renovated. Good place to stay and play, pretty simple to get into town if you don't mind riding the train and bus. Casino is clean and people are friendly.

Outside, the hotel doesn't look like my idea of what a hotel building looks like, and the location was also a bit odd. Commercial, industrial area. Perhaps that was the only area they could get a license to have a casino? Once we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted by friendly, helpful hotel staff. And the place was clean. The hotel is small, and our rooms were not particularly luxurious. Still, since our main goal was to have a comfortable, clean place to sleep and take a shower, a "base camp" for our visit to sights around Vancouver, this place was more than adequate. Casino was an extra bonus.

I used this hotel as my base when visiting Vancouver and BC. The lobby's very nice as is the staff. However, it wasn't disclosed until check-in that internet in the room was extra. That was the theme throughout my stay there, everything was extra. For the price of similar hotels that I've stayed at, I usually get internet access and a continental breakfast. Breakfast at the restaurant or room service started at $10 / person. And internet was $12/day. The room was clean and comfortable, but the hallways were hot and narrow. I was across from the vending machine which was loud enough to be heard from the room. There's really no view to speak of, just the highway. The restaurant is extremely overpriced, as is the gift shop. I felt as if I was being over-charged for everything as long as I was in the hotel. The hotel bills itself as being "minutes from the train". It's a minimum of 10-15 minute walk to the train, and you'll have to change trains in order to get to downtown Vancouver. It takes at least 30-45 minutes to get to the waterfront train stop. I had no problem with the walk to and from the train station, but I never did it late at night. There's nothing really around the hotel, in terms of restaurants and shops. You'll need a car in order to get to anything outside the hotel. Knowing what I know now, I'd probably spend a little extra to stay in a better location or one that didn't charge for every little thing.

The bathroom was very small. The corridors are very narrow. Not much of a view where we stayed - the hotel is located right next to the highway - although noise was not an issue if you kept the window closed. The bed was nice - Simmons Beautyrest w/ Pillowtop. The lobby looked nice. In retrospect, I would have spent $20 more to stay at Sheraton in downtown Vancouver.
