Someone was cleaning the glass awning and neglected to ensure guests weren’t sprayed with water.
Everything was great. The main restaurant was fabulous and the Bartender was the best!
Stayed their for two nights to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The staff are so nice. When we came back to the hotel we are surprised that they give us sweet treats and champagne and a simple note to great us on our anniversary. And so we thank Karen for that.
I had a big package with the fish I caught and was looking for a freezer to store. The hotel reserved freezer space for this type of need. Very considerate! The staff was very helpful and made things so easy. This is the hotel for my next trip to Vancouver!
The hotel is well located and acessible to metro mall. The hotel provides free shuttle to and fro metro mall every 1 hour and till deep night. If you are into gambling, the Casino is unusually clean and smoke free. The staff are okay nothing exceptional about them.
Excellent Location, I found this hotel to be perfectly located right by the highways that would get me east or west of the Vancouver.
