Good place to stay if you are visiting Vancouver and renting a car to get around. Clean hotel, friendly staff, and good location to go sight seeing.

It was nice in the middle of everything we wanted to do in Burnaby. The only irritation was that the room directly above us had little kids jumping around at all hours. Perhaps is best to keep the little ones on the ground floor.

The suites were spacious and the breakfast was great. The area is a very busy road so it isn't much to look at but there are great restaurants around and a grocery store nearby. Came in handy after a sudden last minute cancellation before my trip threw me for a loop. Excellent staff and service.

My stay was for four nights. Great location and spacious hotel rooms. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great enjoyed having the option of hot and cold breakfast choices. Kids loved the heated outdoor pool. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Room was big enough and clean but the fan was very noisy, we couldn’t sleep because of noisy fan and people who were walking on the second floor. Breakfast was good but no cheese at all, it was so weird not having any kind of cheese at the buffet. We won’t come back

Trying a new location. Might not stay again.

An older hotel -not as good condition as most Best Westerns. The windows do not open so we had to run the A/C at night and it was noisy. There was a coffee machine and pods in the room -but no cups. As with most hotels now they have abandoned the recycle program. The complementary breakfast was excellent food but chaotic crowd. A barely friendly couple parked themselves at our table even though there were at least seven empty tables nearby. It seemed the regulars might have ‘favourite’ tables and we accidentally sat at one of them?

It was a pretty good stay. What could have made it better? I hope our room was cleaned coz it was never cleaned throughout our stay. Our microwave & TV tripped as they were plugged in the same outlet. The sink was outside the washroom which was inconvenient. Some guests were smoking pot close to our room.
