This is an excellent hotel. Clean and up-to-date good amenities small but functional fitness room with good quality properly working clean equipment, fantastic location connected to Metrotown Mall and across the street from the skytrain station. Overall, an excellent experience staying at this hotel.

Impressed with everything. The staff was friendly and the rooms were spotless. Their breakfast had everything you needed and I loved how they utilize a program to give jobs to those with hearing impairments. Would book here again if we needed a hotel in Burnaby. In the room they provided earplugs and a sound machine as it is a busy area. Parking was easy and had close access to the hotel. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops within a few minutes walk. Highly recommend - have also stayed at the Hilton Metrotown and would choose the Holiday Inn for all its extras.
