We enjoyed our stay on the 6th floor. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants, grocery markets, nightlife, and public transit. Free parking and free breakfast buffet. We didn't use the pool, but could see that several patrons were enjoying the outdoor pool from our room window. Rooms were clean, linens were clean, and the thermostat was accurate. My only negative mark would be the inconvenience/annoyance of those two narrow doors in the parking garage entrance. The space is claustrophobic, the heavy spring on both doors want to slam shut, which both make it very difficult to move luggage through the area.

Friendly staff. Appreciated the daily breakfast and free parking.

Close to the mall and skytrain is just cross the street. Wifi was too slow

Nice Hotel, Good location, close to everything. Front desk crew very professional. for sure I will be staying in this hotel in the future.

Great location. Lots of restaurants and shopping mall nearby.

This was our first visit to Vancouver, and I 'm so glad we chose this hotel. The location was excellent fro shopping, dining and public transportation with the sky train across the street. All of the staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. They made our stay very comfortable and pleasant. I would definitely stay here again, and I highly recommend it to friends and family.

We really enjoyed this hotel and how close it was to the sky shuttle that takes you downtown. It is also connected to the third biggest mall in Canada they say. That was very fun to explore and nice to have several food options nearby. Loved that there were 2 Starbucks right downstairs also. The room was nice and clean and has a large window to enjoy the view. The bed was very comfortable and they give you 2 pillows. One is a feather pillow and the other is a stuffed synthetic type pillow. Nice to have options. Free continental breakfast in the morning and free parking below in the garage which we discovered can be rare in Vancouver. We really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely be back. Thumbs up!

Slept very well for the most part with the exemption of one night there were some noisy people. Next time I would ask to be away from elevator. Breakfast was ok, not as good as some other HIE's. Pool was nice and kids loved it!!

The Hotel was too close to MetroLink and my room was so noisey I had to ask to be moved. Currently their is significant construction going on in and around the hotel which was not disclosed and should be.

Perfect location--midway between my sister's house in Burnaby and Downtown Vancouver (only about 25 minutes or so by Sky Train). Next door is a SkyTrain stop, a bus stop/hub and a large mall called Metrotwn which has the usual mall shops as well as grocery and wine stores. Basic amenities, nothing fancy. Very clean and comfortable. Will stay there next time I am in the area.

The breakfast were great but the employees from the cleaning peolple to the front desk was really great. We'd never been to Vancouver but we enjoyed it because of the staff. Thanks.

I needed a hotel to stay at before a trip to the okanagan. Room was adequate for my needs. Has underground parking. Lobby was under construction when I was there but it might be done by now and I never heard it.

This hotel is under construction. The lobby is torn up with a fold up desk for reception. When I questioned the work, the receptionist told me it was posted on their website.

Great location. Very accessible to mall, restaurant and very easy to commute. Near the Metrotown mall. Near bus station and metro station. Staff are very friendly and very helpful. Rooms are always clean. Good breakfast buffet.

Fantastic location, comfortable room, courteous staff. Like to stay again when in Burnaby.

The location is rather convenient, being attached to a major local center area. You can travel to downtown Vancouver via bus or skyrail rather easily, and there's enough shops and food places within walking distance that give enough variety to not be boring. It's also quiet enough that you don't feel rushed. Breakfast was good, though you get tired of it even with the large variety they had. Looking for souvenirs was a little hard, as the shop that touted them was linked to the hotel, but independantly run and linked to the outside as well, with more evening hours than anything else. The mall itself was big enough to give your legs a work-out, but was mostly clothing stores. So we spent most of the day before five playing tourist and then came back in the evening for food and a bit of shopping.

Beds were very comfortable. Room was non-smoking, but was evident it had not always been that way. Strong smell of old smoke was apparent.

Great, clean stay. Wonderful service and ammenities. Highly recommended and very convenient location.

Having Starbucks, Boston Pizza, Cactus Club and so much more just a few steps from us is surely very convenient. Our hypoallergenic pillows are also just great to sleep with.
