Very convenient location friendly staff easy access and very good weekend stay

Good hotel if you are going in and out, not planning on seeing the area. Several good Chinese places to eat down the street. Front staff a little rude and short with me...

We visited Vancouver so we only ate 2 breakfasts at the hotel and one snack at the bar in the evening.. All the food and service were excellent. The shuttle service to the airport and was efficient and convenient. the front desk staff was helpful with questions about transportation. the room was clean and comfortable.

Excellent location. The hotel is in the center of ethnic restaurants (very good food) and shopping malls, and close to skytrain and airport.

Great hotel! Probably the only bad thing is their pillows. Too soft that caused my neck pain the next morning

Staff was friendly, and hotel was clean. The location is across fro Richmond Center (mall) and very close to the airport.

Room was clean and staff was friendly. The restaurant was kind of pricey, and the fact that wireless internet and parking are for a fee was an inconvenience. I would say it was a stay with no surprises.

We had a great stay. We used the place to start our discovery of Vancouver. It is just a 20 min. drive to downtown and all the local attractions.

Good clean rooms and a fine restaurant we used 4 times. Visiting our new grandchild & the location is perfect for us. We stayed there in October and liked it enough to return in December. When we get a chance to go back for another visit we will use the same hotel. I just wish there was a way around the $12/day parking charge. The hotel could issue rear view mirror tags to allow for free parking. Would be nice.

The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. They really went out of their way to make sure all of our needs were meet. Gave us great transportation advice on how to use the public transit, where to catch the trains and how to return to the hotel. Best places to exchange our money. The hotel bus driver even gave us his personal umbrella and just asked us to give it back to the front desk when we were leaving. They redefined customer service for me. The rooms were comfortable and very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The worst thing about our stay was that we had to leave.

This hotel was centrally located to all the great spots in Richmond. Their parking was very convenient. The staff was always courteous and polite.

The service desk was friendly and helpful (even offered a useful upgrade) and initially the room was great, on the top floor with a nice view. Unfortunately, come the evening, a very loud and repetitive noise began emanating from the roof (?the generator?). There was no way we could sleep and so requested a room change at 11pm! Apparently this is not the first time this complaint has been made, but obviously the management have not done anything about it and continue to put guests in this room!

The room was very comfortable with a separate bedroom and a very cozy bed. My room faced the mountains so it was quiet and a beautiful view of snow on some peaks. For business travel, this was perfect for me. The gym was very small and cramped with no ventilation. I did work out and wished there was AC. My co-worker said her room faced the street and was very noisy.
