Sheraton Vancouver Wall Centre

I typical stay at the Sutton when in town for work, but a dentist convention had the place booked up. A staffer there suggested the nearby Wall Centre. Overall, on the surface, the hotel is polished and sleek, my Club Room 1 King Bed (South Tower) was very modern with a panoramic view, nice little balcony. THAT SAID, this room had no dresser whatsoever; had to use my suitcase as "drawer" for stuff that didn't go on hangers. Odd. Also, the wifi was glacial, even on premium setting, greatly impairing my ability to get work done from room. Was not able to watch videos (for work) or even get Netflix downloads to play. Lastly, the fitness center has seen better days. Iron weight plates in the year 2017? And very dated weight machines. Versus rest of hotel, it was like stepping back in a time machine. Reminded me of the high school weight room circa 1985. On the plus side, the continental breakfast package is a sweet deal — fine array of morning choices, plus soft drinks, and evening snacks, with a lovely bi-level seating area. And the staff was eager to please, especially re: substandard wifi.

We decided to visit BC on short notice, and were able to get a room at this Sheraton. We were not disappointed. Beautiful room, amazing view (corner room on the 24th floor). The staff was very helpful, professional, and efficient. Only problem we had was our shower didn't drain well. Would definitely visit again.

Very comfortable bed. Plenty of charging locations in the room. Closet had motion sensitive light, which came in very useful. These small things make a difference. There are two distinct buildings: North Tower & South Tower. Stayed in North. It seems only South Tower has a proper taxi pick up area.

Stayed here for my first solo trip. The location was perfect for walking to pretty much anything I wanted to do downtown. Even if most major attractions are about a 20 min walk the hotel is still pretty centrally located and there are a lot of shops and restaurants near by. I stayed in the south tower and the room and bed were very comfortable. l wish I'd had a room in a higher floor for a better view, but the view that I did have on the 20th floor was not too bad. The staff were very pleasant and nice. Overall I was happy having payed a little extra to be in a nice hotel and in a good location.

Centrally located. Walking distance to everything. We had a pleasant experience and high recomment Sheraton Vancouver Wall Centre.

The hotel was situated in a very nice area, but the room was a little small and out of date.

Overall, the hotel was great. The staff at the front desk were very professional and welcoming. The room was clean and modern. My only frustration was that I paid extra for a High room because I wanted to have a great view. I was given a room that was no where near a "High" and my view was only of the buildings surrounding us. Still a good option in the middle of it all!

the hotel is a great deal, great staff, and I would recommend. the location is good, but it's downtown, so there is a bit of downtown noise late at night. But a good deal, with lots of features- including 2 jacuzzis and a full sized heated pool,

Business & pleasure trip to Vancouver. Couldn't of been better situated for both. The staff was outstanding, and I will be back.

We found the room a disappointment for the money we paid compared to other hotels we have been to. The room was clean but found things like empty shampoo bottles not being replaced after our first night there. Our neighbours were extremely noisy from 230 am to almost 4 am and we were extremely disappointed due to our next scheduled day of events. It made it impossible to get up at our early morning alarm to make our scheduled event at Grouse grind. We also were locked out of parked area when we got in one evening and we had to walk around the block to get back into our room. The staff was friendly for most part though.

I loved the location. Rooms were clean. Wifi is little bit slow other than that it was good.

Was here for my birthday weekend and would definitely come back. Location was excellent and the staff was great. I upgraded to the bigger room and was well worth it for the price. All that was less in that room was the bathtub. My friends that stayed in a lesser room had a tub 10X the quality of mine. Change the tub and it would be perfect.

First of all the front desk staff cannot seem to assign the correct room number to the correct key card, so had to go back a few times for them to get it right. They did nothing for wasting my time. The front desk staff, also gave me attitude for booking the room from discount site and the fact that they needed to pay a commission to discount sit and the fact that I got a discounted rate. Also, the walls in this place are paper thin. Had to listen to some couple yelling at their screaming child late at night in the next room, which is always fun. Fortunately, I bring ear plugs when I travel so I can sleep. So for the price point this place is NOT worth the money.

The hotel was amazing! Staff was polite, helpful and prompt. The room was clean and we literally sank into the bed the bedding was so soft. It's a very big hotel and my daughter lived the indoor pool. Will be back!

The Sheraton Vancouver Wall Centre was located in downtown Vancouver, and was thus conveniently located to downtown Vancouver sights and places to eat. On arriving at the hotel, we checked in with ease and were offered a $5 café coupon if we chose the “green” option, which meant having one night where we didn’t get fresh towels/sheets. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet; we would stay there again.

In the middle of everything, close to bus stops, walking distance from attractions. Excellent and knowledgeable concierge. The only drawback was the very expensive nightly hotel parking if you get there by car.

We had originally booked 3 nights in this hotel under a special price but upon arrival had a family emergency, which required us to leave the following day. The in house reservations manager was so nice and understanding in accommodating our situation. She pardoned our booking despite the non refundable clause and made sure we were comfortable during our stay. The room was big (we had a corner unit) with a nice, comfy bed and a wonderful downtown view. The only complaint we have is that the housekeeping rearranged our things. She hung up our jackets in the closet (which I guess was good) except we didn't realize they were there and actually left them behind. When we called, housekeeping had held the item and offered to ship it back with the customer bearing the cost of shipping plus a $10 hotel service fee. Not so good considering they were the ones that rearranged our things in the first place. Overall though, the hotel itself is nice and clean with a Convenient downtown location close to shops and restaurants. We would recommend it.

Bed was super comfortable, great location. My only complaints are that the ice machines were impossible to find (even the staff didn't know where they were...there were only a couple on some of the floors) and the room service food was outrageously expensive and pretty gross.

The hotel itself is beautiful. The new key cards can become deactivated if placed in your wallet next to other magnetic card strips, at least thats what i was told when mine deactivated..but for the price of the rooms i was expecting bigger rooms with an area for guests to sit. The electric and other utilities were cut the first night i got there (i was given a room in the north tower instead), however there was no internet for a few hours, nor was the phone in the room working. The elevators need the same room key card to operate, so if the card becomes de-magnitized, the elevator will not go up. The beds are very comfortable, and you can receive a comb, tooth brush and paste upon request (no charge, just tip). The hotel seems to be located next to everything, overall safety is great, and comfortable bed(s).. i would stay here again.
