Location! Center city. Within walking distance of everything

The hotel was ok. Staff was nice. Towels were limited.

It's in downtown west part of Vancouver and is in the middle for every attraction. The staffs were very kind, courteous, and helpful. Stayed in executive suite and it was big and clean and the view was good. The parking lot was very convenient to access through the Hotel. The room had all the necessity to a suite. Dislike, wish the parking was free as courteous for staying in the hotel and wish they had free breakfast. The bathroom had a funky smell.

Nice hotel , nice pool, friendly, good location , good cleaning and great price

Great hotel good for two couples In downtown

Everything very good except for parking. It is very uncomfortable but at least is private.

Surrounded by places to eat, local color. Very nice accommodations, lots of light, great location

Great location to get around downtown and to the water taxi. Morning Front desk staff seemed as if we were bothering her, asking for a map. Which they supposedly ran out of. But the afternoon staff was more pleasant and helpful with taxi scheduling to airport

Overall great hotel. Clean room, reasonable price. Will return.

The website was deceiving. The shuttle for the Cruise Ship Terminal was only drop off. When we arrived and call for pickup we found we had to get a taxi. Come to find out the local shuttle is also only "Drop Off" and not operating much during the day. Not a huge deal but costly when you had not budgeted for transportation at the end of a cruise. The room was older and TV cable was broken until the maintenance could get around to it the next morning.THE REAL PROBLEM WAS THE DESK CLERK AND POLICY. My husband pulled his back out while packing the luggage. We had only stayed one night. I asked to stay an extra night since my husband could not get off the floor. They refused. When my husband could still not get up around late check out they suggested I rent a wheel chair and push him six blocks to the local hospital!!!!! Did I say my husband was still laying on the floor in pain???? The desk person insisted we leave and tried to call 911 but could not figure out how. He insisted I go try from the room and it did not work. The operator had to call 911 and transfer it to the room. After a 7day Alaskian cruise on a penny budget we were forced to call an ambulance to come and get my husband and take him to a Canadian ER with no Canadian insurance. While the Ambluance personnel loaded my husband I had to check out of the room and store my luggage. 10 hours later when we finally left the hospital and the taxi!!! took us to get our things

We had a good time, the rooms were clean, the price was reasonable.

this hotel is excellent value, especially if you need two bedrooms.

We stayed with our 10 yo son for two nights. Excellent service, wifi worked well. Excellent value for the money. Clean room and friendly staff. Breakfast is continental with waffles. Pool and workout area is very nice. Parking reasonably priced. Would definitely stay here again

Good room size, good value, nice location in downtown Vancouver.

Nice hotel at the heart of Vancouver downtown. Couple block to Yale town for good restaurants. Parking expensive as expected. Reservation can be better as I called in prior to get me the highest floor and management ok then when the time come that was not done. Other than that for a family of four needing two bedroom suites in the heart of downtown Vancouver this hotel serves us ok.

Stayed at Landis Hotel before cruise to spend a couple of days in Vancouver. Hotel was very accomodating had enough beds for my family (2 adults and 2 teenagers boy and girl)with a kitchen. Hotel had shuttle to port for cruise and accomdated holding our luggage until our departure. Provided shuttle to sites we wanted to visit and driver was very accomdating.

Great location, and the room was clean and spacious for a family of 4. However, the facilities were dated, and there was hardly any service. it is more like an apartment, not a hotel. it is a good choice if your expectation is not high.

i was with freinds and pretty much partied the nights away.. lol.. we went to have a good time, and get away from our city..
