Very nice hotel. 5 minute walk to the cruiseport. Staff was very nice and helpful.
The room was outstanding for the price. Much better then other hotels around the port.
The auberge was located just a short walk to Gastown.
The rooms were very clean. The rooms were surprisingly small but quite functional. Staff was welcoming and nice. Only issue was we were told the pool closed at 10 but when we went at 8 it was closed. Even after confirming with front desk staff.

Excellent hôtel with interesting well designed rooms.
The hours for the pools need to be more flexible. Normally they are open 24 hrs in other hotels.

The description was SO misleading. I felt so duped after booking this property. It was basically a "hotel" in the middle of a large office building downtown Vancouver. NOT a 4.5 star property.
