There are few hotels around that area close to vgh, vancouver general hospital. The hotel was outdated with a noisy air conditioner. Rhe mattress was way too hard on my back. But it is convenient for going to vgh.

Great Room Service

I loved our stay there. Staff were friendly and accommodating. My only negative feedback would be the fact that I had to sign for room service for dinner and breakfast. That was not a good experience when we just want to have dinner in bed and the staff have to wait till I fill out and sign the bill. It would have been better to put it all on the end at checkout and pay everything When we checkout to leave and enjoy our privacy.

The location was great for what I wanted to do in Vancouver and the staff was nice, polite and helpful. The room was clean and again, covered all the necessities that I need for my stay. I also really enjoyed having the pool available for such a good amount of time during the day.
