Great property - very good and friendly staff. When staying at a 4 Seasons, one needs to be prepared for some of the costs. On my first breakfast, I was surprised by the $39.95 Breakfast Buffett, and thought i'd save a little money by ordering a-la-carte. After being charged $16 for a glass of fresh squeezed orange juice, I decided the buffet wasn't such a bad deal after all. However, other than that, the service, food and facilities were exceptional.

Beautiful, quiet location. Great gym and spa. Very helpful staff.

Ski concierge was amazing, along with overall service. Made skiing with kids so easy and convenient.

First room had spider webs all over, then they moved us to a “better room” which had a dirty bath tub and the air heater didnt work. Bad room service and overpriced buffet for the quality good location and good ski valet.

The Hotel, room and staff were excellent. The hotel is located few miles away from Village but since there is a frequent shuttle, it was not a problem.

Very nice stay. The gym facilities were very good for a hotel. My only complaints were that they forgot to service my room one day, but serviced my children's room three times that day. And that some of the guests let their kids go crazy in misbehaving. And the staff really had no recourse.

Friendly staff, great restrauant, fantastic pool. Exercise facility is small. Hotel rooms are large with plenty of storage and walk in closets. Bathroom is also large with seperate water closet. Beds are very comfortableas are the lounge chairs and sofa in room. Hotel shuttle works great and hotel is about a 15 minute walk to Whistle Village. Plently of kids activies at base of Blackcomb.

Absolutely the best service experience from a hotel that I have experienced so far. Impeccable rooms and hotel. Ski valet service was very convenient. Also enjoyed their complimentary happy hour wine tasting. Note that the hotel is located in the North Village, at Blackcomb base, so not as busy or crowded compared to the main Whistler village but an easy walk and the hotel also runs a shuttle.

Skiing at Whistler is amazing! The only downside to the hotel was having to walk to the mountain base. While it's not a long walk, it still isn't as easy as ski in/ski out. The hotel does the best they can to make it easier by having its ski concierge at the base of the mountain. So you walk to the concierge where you pick up your boots and skis, then get on the chairlift. The concierge can become quite crowded in the morning, but the staff does a good job at bringing out your boots as quickly as possible.

Nice, comfy and very clean. Spa facilities are a big plus. Staff are very helpful. However, it's away from the main village which is kind of a hassle to take the shuttle in and out especially when you're waiting in the cold. I would not stay here next time. The hotel has only 1 restaurant with a pricey and limited menu.

Very friendly staff, great amenities, superb location.

I enjoyed the room cleanliness, accomodating check-in staff, caring environment. Had great fitness room, even spin bikes and bench press with 45lb plates!

Upscale resort, excellent service and even the "standard" room is gorgous.

I was amazed by the attention to detail the Four Season does for their guests. In other places I've even requested a crib when booking but have not gotten one, and the Four Seasons had one already setup with amenities for our little boy ready to go, and lots of other nice things to keep us in the most comfortable mindset possible, a really great place to stay with wonderful amenities and terrific staff!
