Terrific hotel! I had a wonderful view of the Vancouver mountains and Burrard Inlet. Service was excellent. Only criticism is I ordered the Steak Frites. It was a beautiful steak ruined by a runny chimichurri sauce and carmelized onions. It would have been better to put them on the side, since the steak and the bone marrow butter alone together were perfect!
