The parking was extremely expensive, we rent a car for our stay and we pay more to parking than car it self and the price really dose not make any sens. They should bring the rate down to the hotel gests to be more joyful.

This hotel was recommended because of it's proximity to the cruise ship terminal. Told that it would be pricey, which it was. However, admission to the Pacific Club and transfer of bags directly to cruise ship by hotel staff was worth the extra money charged.

We decided to explore Vancouver for a few days before we boarded our Alaska cruise. We opted for the Pacific Club room which provided club access. Check-in at the club level was seemless and very efficient. The concierge club team were great providing printed directions for places we wished to visit. The breakfast and hors d'ouevres were plenty and offered numerous choices. The rooms were comfortable. There was a slight hiccup when we were checking out. We were told of the Shore-to-ship luggage program (bellman would deliver our luggage to the ship directly) but were not told the deadline to have our luggage outside. Regardless of this nominal misstep, they handled that for us with courtesy. The entire experience was great. The only thing I wished we had done was arrange a similar experience post-cruise. Thanks Pan Pacific and Orbitz!

No doubt this is a beautiful hotel, but don't make the same mistake we did. We booked it specifically for the roof top pool thinking we could relax in the sun for a few hours before check out. Unfortunately, the pool deck is on the wrong side of the hotel and doesn;t get sun until late in the day.

Nice staff, lovely building, pretty views, and right in the thick of tourist attractions.

This may be the nicest hotel we have ever stayed at and we travel a lot! The proximity to the cruise terminal can not be beat. The staff was helpful and very nice. We had a King Harbor View room on the 18th floor and the view was amazing! Snow capped mountains, Stanley Park and Lyon's Gate Bridge not to mention watching the sea planes take off right outside the window! The staff was friendly and helpful! They had a room ready for us and allowed us to check in at 10:30 a.m. We were prepared to stow our luggage and return in the afternoon! I can't say enough about this wonderful hotel. We will definitely be back.

Fantastic !! Great !! Awesome!! What else can I say ?

Everything about the hotel was lovely, a very high end experience. Major complaints were few but should be considered: the hotel boasts "historical horns" that are essentially foghorns that go off every day at noon. If you've paid to upgrade to the newly renovated, VIP top floor, you seem to also get the greatest exposure to this jolting, wall shaking experience, so good luck relaxing in your room midday. Secondly, the plumbing seems off. It was impossible to get any cold water in either the sink or shower, so utilizing the Pacific club lounge honour bar was a must for cold bottled water. Shower takes a long time to adjust to "not scalding hot." Also, I think the room next to me was having some sort of work done so occasionally I heard noises from my room. That aside, the facilities themselves are very clean and modern, and the staff was immensely friendly and helpful. I stayed for a week and enjoyed room service, which was delicious and prompt. Housekeeping was thorough and done essentially at my convenience. Upgrading to the Pacific club is totally worthwhile if you're not expecting a full custom hot breakfast. Fruit, pastries, eggs, pancakes, bacon, sausage, all made a consistent appearance, served buffet style. Speaking of, the pastries were always delicious, moist and flavorful. Overall, it was a fantastic, relaxing getaway with great views and convenient location on the harbor to downtown restaurants, shops and events at the convention center.

For the money, the hotel itself doesn't knock your socks off with ammenities or fanciness, BUT, location location location. Watch your cruise ship arrive in the morning, send your bags down with the hotel porter and when it's time to board, take an elevator downstairs and Boom-you are there!

Clean. Quiet. Comfortable beds. Convenient location.. Friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again!

First time at Pan Pacific and had a really nice room w/a view of the harbor Large corner room on the 12th floor. Room 1238. Panoramic view, comfortable bed, free wireless internet, coffee maker with decent Italian coffee provided.

The Pan Pacific is a top-rated business hotel so everything is as would be expected. The room is spacious with a good view but the bathroom does not have a stand-alone shower. The hotel is close to the banks and law offices and accounting firms. It is also only a few blocks from Gas Town, but Robson Street and the Pacific Center are a moderate walk away. What I don't understand is why a class A hotel like this would try to nickel and dime you for internet access. In this day and age, you'd think web access would be provided gratis. Especially when class C hotels are already doing it. It just seems chintzy.

I had a wonderful stay! We chose the hotel for the close vicinity to the cruuise ships. We arrived 2 days before our trip to enjoy the Vancouover sights before the cruise. The staff from the door, desk, & room.... fabulous & friendly! We had a corner room,,the Size and the Views were breath taking! The bed was so comfortable with crip sheets and plenty of pillows! Not only were we lose to the cruise ships but also centrally located to a Park, shopping and restaurants. And let me tell you the Hotel had its own wonderful restaurant where we had a lovely lunch & a delcioous breakfast the morning of our check out. When we had to depart (why didnt I come another day earlier!?) it was Pouring rain outside! How was I going to get to the ship Dry!? Never fear..The staff took our luggage to the ship and instructed uw to take the elevator to the the floor marked Cruise terminal & Never Even Stepped Outdoors! I was so impressed and spoiled by Pan Pacific Hotel"s wonderful treatment and Frankly, slightly disappointed by the Cruise ship! I will Be Back!

This hotel is a great stay for business or pleasure. Closed to everything.

Convenient to shopping and dining. Gorgeous views. Hotel could use a little updating but very clean.

Beautiful view and quiet and valet service was excellent

It was built for Royality in the 90s and still a very amazing place. Would go back in a heart beat. However I would recommend a stiffer matriss

Anywhere you go, its location will offer you convenience

It was to be a one night stay catching a ship late the next day. Planned to arrive around 4:00 to enjoy beautiful Vancouver but our flt was canceled and rescheduled. We didn't arrive til after 11:00 PM. We ordered room service immediately and it came quickly.....hot and delicious. Our only regret was not being able to stay longer.

We stayed here after an Alaskan cruise. It was as close to the pier as one could get, so very easy to stay here after our cruise. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially the Bellmen. The room was very clean and comfortable. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Dear guest. Thank you for your comments. We are delighted that you were happy with the location and views! With regards to the parking, unfortunately we do not own or manage the parking facilities at Canada Place, so we don't have the ability to lower the rates. We have forwarded your comments to them, however. We hope to see you again soon.
