Parking situation is horrible, confusing and expensive. I bought 3 days parking but in the time it took me to go to reception to understand parking I was issued a ticket and then they said that they couldn't help me resolve the ticket as its managed by separate organization. They were really unhelpful and treated me poorly. For a 5 star hotel I was not impressed..

Great location and comfortable rooms. The check-in process was confusing. I had to check in twice even after receiving my keys and confirmation that the room was ready, but no one told me which room it was. I was told my luggage would be sent up, so I waited about 30 minutes, called to check, and was told someone would bring it up. After another 15 minutes, still nothing. I went down to retrieve it myself, which made me late getting ready for dinner. The pool was lovely, though it would be nice if the rooms included sandals for going to and from the pool area. I had also requested an early check-in several days in advance, but that could not be accommodated. Overall, it was a comfortable stay, but the front desk and communication could be better organized.
