From being greeted by the doorman to the smooth check in - our stay was perfect! We loved being able to check our bags so we could explore Vancouver before our hotel checkin and then check them again while we attended the Canucks game! Picking them up on our way to the hullo was seamless. All the staff we interacted with were courteous and welcoming. We usually stay closer to the arena but we will be switching to your hotel for our future downtown Vancouver stays.

It is a beautiful hotel in a beautiful location. Rooms were modern and view of Stanley Park amazing. Was disappointed with the “Jazz Night” buffet. The 999 Restaurant is dated and is like a cafeteria. No ambiance.. not recommended. For such a hotel they need to redo the restaurant.

The hotel is in such a beautiful spot, the breakfast is wonderful, and the views from the room were spectacular. When we got to our room there was toilet paper in the toilet, long hair folded into the one of the washcloths, and leftover condoms from the last guest in the bedside table. Pretty disgusting and not exactly what I was expecting from a hotel of this caliber-- more suited to a roadside, fleabag motel.

Hotel was very beautiful, my room was given up without staff trying to contact me for a no show, as I was a late check in due to flight delays, but I received a text that I was already checked in and good to go so I thought it was okay, until I arrived and was informed otherwise. Was very disappointed in that. But over all stay was great, staff were super friendly, food was super delicious. Would stay again, but recommend staff try contact the person before labelling as a no show.
