I really liked our room it was very cozy. The air conditioning was cold and blowing on me in bed. Had to turn it off. Didn't like the open windows when arrived with no screens. There were some flies in the room that came n through the windows. The traffic was very loud so made it hard to get some sleep. We aren't used to loud cars, trucks and motorcycles.

The staff went above and beyond normal customer service.

The location of this property is the best! It is central and walking distance to everything but make sure to request their newly remodeled rooms otherwise you may be disappointed with the size of bathrooms and old furnitures! The manager(Harry) was very nice and looked at our profile and noticed we were placed at the room that was not renovated recently! He placed us at the newly remodeled room which made our trip a memorable one!

Concierge services were incredibly helpful with navigating public transportation

I was only in Vancouver for one night, but would definitely go back to the Fairmont if I return. The staff was very friendly, the room was spacious and I loved the rain-style shower and Le Labo products in the bathroom.

Check in was very slow and disorganized. Keys not working in room had to go back down to front desk to get them reissued after a painfully slow start . When I went to leave parking lot the next day the parking lot tried to charge me another 45$ on top 65$ as per agreement with hotel .Finally got that resolved

I love the pet amenities and how dog friendly it is. The staff was Lovely and very accommodating. Would have appreciated 24 hr room service.
