The staff was helpful and friendly. As my first time at Fairmont, I had a great first impression. Everything from the building to 1st class service is above all other hotels. No complaints.

Check in was very slow and disorganized. Keys not working in room had to go back down to front desk to get them reissued after a painfully slow start . When I went to leave parking lot the next day the parking lot tried to charge me another 45$ on top 65$ as per agreement with hotel .Finally got that resolved
