The home was extremely clean. The location was great for us and we needed a location where we could have a dog. Was one of the only places in Vancouver that had a back yard. Sean was very responsive to questions and we appreciated extra little things like Pepsi and water in the fridge upon arrival.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The host was quick to respond to my messages and the kitchen had almost everything we needed (i.e. Keurig, kettle, and all kitchen appliances/dishes...the only thing we couldn't find was a teapot). Off the kitchen is a lovely covered deck, the living room provides ample space to relax and three bedrooms makes this a great place for a family or three couples (the primary suite has a king bed and ensuite, a second bedroom has a queen, and a third smaller bedroom has a double bed). A second main bathroom with shower completes the space. I would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Could not have asked for the more perfect place to stay over Thanksgiving weekend! We came for a family birthday and Thanksgiving. The house gave us all comfortable beds, a great backyard and an even greater location. Five of us and my wee dog all fit in really well. The host did not miss a thing right down to a well supplied kitchen, an umbrella in the front cupboard, cozy blankets and toiletries in all the bathrooms. Can’t recommend highly enough.

I am a Vancouverite but live downtown and my folks were former Vancouverites who came to stay for 7 nights so I was so happy to be able to book this home . It is a very nice distance from everywhere we wanted to visit — it is a 6 min walk to QE park and everywhere else is a 6 to 15 min drive ! The home is very clean, very well maintained, with new amenities, extras and nice touches . The neighborhood is very peaceful. The host Sean is nice and communicative and very considerate. I highly recommend this place !!

The house was perfect. We appreciated having coffee, water and soda left for us to enjoy. The flower garden in the front is absolutely beautiful. We had a really good time and it was so nice that my son and DIL were able to bring their dog.

Pretty much our best VRBO experience!!!

This was our best rental experience, ever, VRBO and otherwise. I was a little unsure about the place being pet friendly having never rented a place with that feature but this house was PERFECT for our one week trip. The other 5 star reviews are not exaggerated! Where do I start? It was so pretty and CLEAN with a lovely front garden to the backyard. It was stocked well with funny enough, all our similar appliances from back home, plenty basics and staples. We got in pretty late and was grateful to arrive at a well lit beautiful home away from home. The refrigerator was surprisingly stocked with bottle water and soda just to tie us over the next morning. Sean, our host was responsive withing seconds and gave us recommendations for things to do/restaurants. It was within short walking distance to St Elizabeth Park (public tennis courts if you're interested), a Catholic church, and reasonable walk to some local restaurant and small mall. Temperature in the house was easily set. It was less than 20 minutes drive from airport and most attractions, so ideally located that you can access the city life and the outdoor activities easily. We love this city and this trip and really enjoyed the house!

Lovely home, easy process, so clean and quiet.

This is a gem of a property. Super clean and cozy, great back yard for our dog, comfortable beds and fresh/high end linens (this is often a pet peeve of mine at vacation rental properties... you know, that old linens smell... no such thing here!). Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home, Great location

Sparkling clean, modernized home in a central location. A block away from Queen Elizabeth Park, 10 minutes drive to downtown, 10 minute walk to nearest sky train station. Host is very responsive. Of all the short term rentals I have stayed in Vancouver, this one is the best. Highly recommend and will request another stay the next time I am in Vancouver.
