Staff were nice, friendly and accommodating. Conveniently located close to points of interests.

The lobby is ultra modern and beautiful. The room itself was average and quite worn especially in the bathroom. We did choose this hotel for the location so it was great for walking to the waterfront and shopping. The pool was so cold that half my family would not get in it. Also the picture of the pool on the website looks different in reality - totally different ceiling. Rooms were spacious.

Great stay, remodeled rooms are really nice and the hotel is walking distance to everything.

Over a busy Easter weekend stayed 4 days. Loved the kitchenette, big clean room & bathroom. Great staff, lovely lobby, restaurant & coffee shop. Elevators slow at checkout time.

Great hotel at a decent price near downtown. Amenities are good. Hotel staff are nice.

Noisey banging all night from either plumbing or heater in wall and carpet and room was 40 yrs old at least. Great location although.

Over all very good the bed and my back had problems spa is expensive but the restaurant and the cafe are God i will recommended to friends

This hotel is located in a great area in downtown Vancouver. It is about a 20 minute walk to Rogers Arena (where we were attending a hockey game and concert during our trip). Lots of great dining and shopping options in walking distance. Along with public transportation options.

Staff was pleasant - internet - not the greatest - rooms and halls worn - only quai biuess cente - computer an printer which did not work Restaurant more than great!!!

The hotel was nice and the room was comfortable. The only real issue was that the bathroom faucet was dripping constantly. We were only there two nights and we did mention it to the front desk on our departure.

Convenient walking distance to popular surrounding locations. Staff were friendly and helpful when needed. Room needs a little renovation due to old features. Kitchenette was perfect size. But overall great experience!

Lovely hotel we were lucky to be on top floor amazing view of mountains and downtown Vancouver. Only criticism was no overhead light in main area had to use lamps quite dark.

Rooms were nice but bathroom was a bit dated. Staff was great and the breakfast was really good. Location was perfect for downtown and good shopping close by.

Can't say enough how courteous the staff was. I had an issue, brought it up to, I believe Steven was his name. A manager at the front desk. He helped me out so far and above what was necessary. Truly a classy place in a great city. Best advice I can give anyone is to stay here on your vacation to Vancouver. Great location, great staff, very good amenities.

Hotel very good located and close of activiies. Modern hotel with very big space. I booked three romos, 2 standar doublé romos and one junior suite. All romos had kitchen but the suite had enough space for about more tan 12 people.

WE LOVED 'EVERYTHING' ABOUT THIS HOTEL...WE WOULD DEFINATELY RETURN WHEN IN VANCOUVER!

Overall I enjoyed my stay, however the room seemed a bit run down and I expected more given the nightly rate. However, the location, quality of the restaurant, gym and comedy club all made it a good experience.

Very central location. Minutes from City Center (train) station and Sunset Beach. Be ready for the occasional ambulance, it is next to St Paul Hospital.

My friend and I stayed here for the Seawheeze half marathon. It was close enough to all the race events, but far enough for a quiet reprieve. Our room was a king studio suite with a fantastic view of the city. However their "kitchenette" was just a microwave on top of the tv console. The bathroom was supe spacious which we loved! Unfortunately the elevators were uncomfortably slow to operate. It is very frustrating to have to wait 20 min for an elevator after having run 13.1 miles. The staff was great and despite the few hiccups, I would live tobstay there again and mayne try their spa services.

Capilano free shuttle and hop on hop off right in front of hotel. Very nice hotel. Good walkable downtown location. Nicely kept and pleasant staff.
