The attitude of the staff was excellent , the hotel restaurant was a plus also, great service and menu.

Location very good. Lobby appealing. Restaurant good -- we had breakfast there one morning. Coffee shop good. But: We were in a studio suite. It had just one trash can and very limited electric outlets. I forgot a toothbrush and they didn't have any at the front desk. Definitely an older building, but they seem to be in the process of upgrading the carpeting.

Hotel is very convenient to St Paul’s Hospital where we had appointments. There were issues with the hot water in the shower, difficult to regulate.

The hotel was fine and the staff were terrific. Room was nice. My only complaint would be the bathrooms. Small and the shower head didn’t work very well. The bathroom sink also did not drain very well. But otherwise no complaints about anything.

We loved the in room kitchen. Immaculate rooms and spacious.

This was a decidedly mixed hotel. The location was wonderful and the property has a nice contemporary feel. I like the $25.00 breakfast coupon. The room was comfortable enough, but little things were off. The lamp on the nightstand was too low to accommodate someone sitting up in bed and reading. The inner drawstring curtains were missing the outer ones did not work smoothly. Room doors looked pretty beat up around the edges, and the channel options on the TV were many but not well chosen. The restaurant produced very nice looking food that didn't taste all that great. Poached eggs were almost cooked through and the muesli was a bit of a joke. The yogurt was fine but the dried fruit was way too hard and/or chewy and there was too much raw oatmeal sprinkled on top. I did really enjoy the coffee. And I didn't ask at the time, but it would have been nice to know if a balance was left from breakfast, that it would or wouldn't apply to a later drink or meal. The restaurant staff and the entire hotel staff were wonderful, friendly accommodating. As with Vancouver itself, I would still come back to this hotel.

The staff was really nice, the restaurant was a wonderful great food with great staff. The amenities were not so good, and the cleaning of our room was not dine properly focused only on the bed and the bathroom, didn’t replace coffe and cups everyday even thought they were obviously dirty.

It was much better than expected with a great studio, particularly for the price paid plus unexpected additional daily food bonus

We had excellent experience. Location is great and I liked how it was easy to get in and out of garage.

Check in was quick though not warm at first, but at the end I got a big smile with my "thank you" to the staff person who checked me in. Generally staff was good but not great, the concierge of whom I inquired about the restroom in the lobby, was borderline rude "Do you have a room key" yes, but since my room was being cleaned I wanted to use the lobby restroom. He wasn't warm, friendly or even polite. The room itself is comfortable but not luxurious, pillows were plentiful, bed was rock hard. While the room wasn't super plush, everything was very clean, maids were fast and polite. We had a kitchenette, which was more than adequate. Room was warm, even though it was cool outside, we had the windows open so it wasn't too warm. That does mean that the hospital next door with the ambulance sirens all night was an issue, but the downtown location was convenient and we would have experienced street noise wherever we were. The windows were not double pane. This hotel was very good for what it costs. You get what you pay for. I would stay again, would use the spa again.

Our room was ready when we arrived at lunchtime. The check in was fast and the front desk folks were very nice. The doorman was awesome and hailed a taxi for us so we could get to Granville Island. The only drawback is the plumbing-shower fixtures needs to be updated. The room was spacious with a great view from our corner room.

experience was fine. Nothing great but I wish the parking was cheaper

The location was perfect for the concert at St. Andrew's Wesley Church. We had a massage at the Spa and a very good dinner the next evening at C Prime Restaurant in the hotel. The bed was very comfortable, and the sheets were lovely! The coffee shop had excellent coffee and pastries and all in all, a most enjoyable stay.
