This hotel is located in a great area in downtown Vancouver. It is about a 20 minute walk to Rogers Arena (where we were attending a hockey game and concert during our trip). Lots of great dining and shopping options in walking distance. Along with public transportation options.

Staff was pleasant - internet - not the greatest - rooms and halls worn - only quai biuess cente - computer an printer which did not work Restaurant more than great!!!

The hotel was nice and the room was comfortable. The only real issue was that the bathroom faucet was dripping constantly. We were only there two nights and we did mention it to the front desk on our departure.

Convenient walking distance to popular surrounding locations. Staff were friendly and helpful when needed. Room needs a little renovation due to old features. Kitchenette was perfect size. But overall great experience!

Lovely hotel we were lucky to be on top floor amazing view of mountains and downtown Vancouver. Only criticism was no overhead light in main area had to use lamps quite dark.

Rooms were nice but bathroom was a bit dated. Staff was great and the breakfast was really good. Location was perfect for downtown and good shopping close by.

Can't say enough how courteous the staff was. I had an issue, brought it up to, I believe Steven was his name. A manager at the front desk. He helped me out so far and above what was necessary. Truly a classy place in a great city. Best advice I can give anyone is to stay here on your vacation to Vancouver. Great location, great staff, very good amenities.

Hotel very good located and close of activiies. Modern hotel with very big space. I booked three romos, 2 standar doublé romos and one junior suite. All romos had kitchen but the suite had enough space for about more tan 12 people.

WE LOVED 'EVERYTHING' ABOUT THIS HOTEL...WE WOULD DEFINATELY RETURN WHEN IN VANCOUVER!

Overall I enjoyed my stay, however the room seemed a bit run down and I expected more given the nightly rate. However, the location, quality of the restaurant, gym and comedy club all made it a good experience.

Very central location. Minutes from City Center (train) station and Sunset Beach. Be ready for the occasional ambulance, it is next to St Paul Hospital.

My friend and I stayed here for the Seawheeze half marathon. It was close enough to all the race events, but far enough for a quiet reprieve. Our room was a king studio suite with a fantastic view of the city. However their "kitchenette" was just a microwave on top of the tv console. The bathroom was supe spacious which we loved! Unfortunately the elevators were uncomfortably slow to operate. It is very frustrating to have to wait 20 min for an elevator after having run 13.1 miles. The staff was great and despite the few hiccups, I would live tobstay there again and mayne try their spa services.

Capilano free shuttle and hop on hop off right in front of hotel. Very nice hotel. Good walkable downtown location. Nicely kept and pleasant staff.

Staff other than doormen were not helpful and not friendly. We had a suite there is no air conditioning in the bed room. When we complained the provide a fan. Rooms were not clean. Business center printer had no toner printouts were not clear. I will never recommend this hotel to a friend.convenience

Huge room with living room, full kitchen, bedroom and balcony. Walking distance to most sights, loved the hotel.

Great hotel good service very clean perfect location

This hotel is in an ideal location for exploring Vancouver. We were able to easily walk to major tourist spots within 10-15 minutes. Plenty of shops and restaurants to chose from. There is two grocery stores and a pharmacy with a 5 min walk from the hotel. We left our car in the garage and took short cab rides to gas town, water front and china town. The hotel suite with full kitchen was very nice. We were on the 29th floor Room 2904. Great city and harbor views. There is a coin laundry on the 5th floor that was great to wash your clothes in before returning home. I would totally stay there again.

Stayed prior to cruising. Great area, nice lobby and spacious room.

Overall very good. A couple of minor issues-some of the bedroom furniture looked a bit 'tired' and there was inadequate clothes hanging space

Tv broken but minor issue in my eyes. Good stuff! Warm pool, free sauna, kitchen with fridge, nice comfy bed, minty conditioner ++++++++++++++++++
