It is a simple hotel without many amenities, but it is at an excellent location by the shore, Stanley Park, and the West End. The staff was very nice and helpful. I would stay here again for a visit to Vancouver because of these reasons.

Did not like this property at all! The bathroom doors wouldn’t lock The staff was not friendly The breakfast choices were terrible and not as promised Restaurant staff was rude When I suggested that their granola did not taste good, the chef came outside and kept repeating that maybe I didn’t know what granola tasted like, instead of actually apologizing and correcting it The good reviews are probably fake So not recommend!!!!
