we were warmly welcomed, it has a nice view of the city from top floors and nearby to most places. Location does matter too plus the luxurious suites and cleanliness adds up too.
The only problem is finding the hotel with all the renovations in the surrounding areas. The hotel itself is great.
It was attractive, comfortable and the location to our job site was perfect! I would definitely stay again.
Rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. There was construction around so difficult for people to get to at this time but that's not the hotel's fault. Wish there were more affordable dining option. The tub was wonderful...deep soaking tubs. I will be back and recommend the hotel.
Just one night - nice room, smart design and efficient and kind staff. Useful gym and a pleasing decor made it a good stop on my trip. EAsily recommended.
My husband and I decided last minute to go on a mini getaway and chose to stay at The Westin (this is the 2nd time we've stayed here during our visit to Richmond). We loved the floor to ceiling window and the room was pretty clean. They placed us in a room with the handicapped bathroom. It was nice to have a big bathroom, except I wished they had a shower curtain to keep the water in the tub (had to be extra careful not to slip). We loved the complimentary fitness room/pool (some hotels you have to pay extra). Parking is kinda of pricey thought. Great location, will definitely stay here again.
Stayed here for a quick weekend in Vancouver with the dog (extra fee included). Our Highlights: Plenty of places outside for pet relief Bathtubs were extra deep Location was close to skytrain for easy access to the City
Just stayed the at the Westin Wall Center near the airport in Vancouver. The room was very comfortable and quiet, the bed was lovely and the staff was friendly and helpful. I was in transit and found the hotel to be a convenient and comfortable place to stay while traveling. PS. I also liked the restaurant. The food was fresh and uncomplicated. I had a big bowl of fresh fruit and berries for breakfast and it was delicious.
The staff was very courteous and helpful. The rooms were great and the separate tub and shower were a definite plus. The location was not the easiest to get to, and although close to the airport not too loud, heard more road noise than planes. It's close to shopping and convenient to all the locations you want to reach. Parking cost some money and there's not too many spaces available if the hotel is full, even though you're paying.
Everything was great. Especially the bath was excellent!!!
Everything was great and clean. Especially bath tub was awesome.
I've stayed here before several times and absolutely loved it. Great beds, great rooms, amazing bathrooms. The only drawback is that their restaurant is crazy expensive and not worth it.
We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room is so comfortable. The hotel staff were very nice and gave us directions to local restaurants etc. They did charge CAD 20 for overnight parking at the hotel parking lot. I thought it should be free with hotel stay. You can just park on the street instead. I still want to recommend this hotel to anyone who needs a good night rest before a long plane ride. Also we traveled with two young children. The two queen size bed room was perfect for all 4 of us.
Good service and very helpful informations offered. Will appreciate more if they would provide free parking.
The room was very nice and the staff was very helpful. It is located near the airport.
Very warm and friendly welcome. Willing to help you with everything. Beautiful stylish rooms and bathrooms - good beds and egyptian cotton sheets. We had a wonderful time. The in-house restaurant was a kind of molecular kitchen which has pleased us a lot. Free shuttle to the airport.
Haave been at this hotel before. I want to commend [...], the front desk person who checked us in. she was personable, helpful and truly interested in what we needed. she not only recommended a good restaurant but also prepared driving instructions. On returning, she wanted to find out about our dinner. I wish all people I deal with at hotels were as good as she was.
Great hotel. Great staff. Very helpful. Couldn't be better! Had a terrific stay. Only complaint would be that it is hard to find and difficult to find the airport from the hotel. Needs better access.
The room was very nice. Great decor. King size bed was very comfortable. Enjoyable stay. Good service.
Bad location but very quiet and uptodate modern deco.
