I first arrived at the different location (same brand), the front desk employee told me that they don’t have my reservation and I need to go to the right one. I did, but the front desk employee there said, my whole reservation at got cancelled. They created me this whole hassle and won’t offer any perks.

The rooms are spotless. This is one of the cleanest hotels we’ve stayed in & that’s a compliment to all the housekeeping staff , room is very spacious and beds are so comfortable . Fridge , microwave & beautiful bathroom. We have stayed here a few times and love it , all the staff are wonderful at this holiday inn . Gym is great also coin operated laundry machines & dryer is convenient . Great breakfast also . Close to everything you need 😁 airport shuttle also very convenient
