Not our most favourite holiday inn (metrotown is) but will choose it again in the future nonetheless. Everything is great, quiet and cozy at night. Just need more thorough cleaning... some hair we found on our bed, and on our plate at breakfast. We love the hot breakfast! Lots of selection and its buffet. Right across costco, by highway and they have an airport shuttle.

Very spacious room. The domestic staff are very respectful compared to some of the front desk staffs where their reception is very poor. Like Cindy one of front house staff was not welcoming and put no smiles in serving customers. Even when my airport shuttle arrived, she couldn't say bye. Very bad of her. Breakfast was good. Driver of airport shuttle was polite and helpful.
