Excellent service all around and a very pleasant staff.

Would come back again. Room was nice and clean. Easy check out. Breakfast was good.

Even though construction was every where, inside and out, the stay was good. Thank you for that.

The location is close to the airport, just across Costco and walking distance to the Skytrain station as well as bus stops. Have used the train in going to downtown and explore the waterfront to Grandville Island to Stanley Park.

Our stay here was overshadowed by a homophobic hotel receptionist (I am not allowed to say her name here). First at check-in and later again when we checked out. We spoke to the manager about this woman's behavior when she refused to acknowledge us upon checking out. The manager promised to call us once we returned to the states. She has not called us. We stayed in several hotels during our visit in Canada and this was the only hotel employee that treated us like this. If you're LGBT, avoid this hotel.

Didn't like to have to pay for parking when people can leave cars for free when traveling out of airport and just staying on either end of trip.

The hotel offered shuttle to airport. Make it really convenient for me to settle down. I don't have to worry about getting uber. Overall stay is great.

Pleasant except front desk ladies were too aloof, too stern to talk to, no smiles except one.

Great room, also airport shuttle service available.

Front desk staff was rude. Not friendly and seemed annoyed. We were checking out and she could not be bothered. A gentleman took care of us and he was nice but she kept interrupting while he was talking to us about our stay. Check in wasn't that great either all around rude and unhappy with their jobs.

Nice location. Staff very helpful. Free shuttle to airport.

The shuttle arrived at the airport quickly, even though we arrived late at the airport. Staff helpful with any questions. Breakfast was great. We would definitely stay here if we came back to Vancouver.

Very friendly helpful staff. Not much around hotel except COSTCO.

Very convenient - staff friendly - nice breakfast buffet

The hotel is good with the service and friendly staff, but the wifi speed is a little slow.

Hotel was clean. No restaurant. Staff was extremely helpful. and not a whole lot around to eat.

We were looking for a hotel near the airport and near where we needed to catch the bus back to the U.S. This was an ideal location.

The hotel was great! Good shuttle, clean room, nice fitness room, restaurant. I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is comfortable and clean. The staff are friendly and accommodating, and they seem very happy. We needed to be near the airport, and this fit the bill. We had a microwave in our room, which actually came in handy. I can't say I've ever seen that in one of these places before. I would definitely stay here again.
