Room was good and clean. Service at the desk was slow and person who assisted us was probably very new and seemed to have problem with both handling the credit card and debit card. Other than that check in was ok.

Airport shuttle is great , always fast friendly service! Front desk always helpful and polite. Great location close to skytrain or bus service also a strip mall across the street with coffee and fast food selections. The breakfast is lacking, but we like to stay here before and after a trip.

We did not know the laws in BC regarding booking a room and letting them Know that we had to tell them that we had a baby. He almost wasn’t going to let us stay In our booked hotel. After reading the law it states “ In British Columbia, the laws governing hotel room occupancy are based on local fire codes for safety, which means you must accurately declare the number of guests when booking to avoid violating fire codes and potentially facing fines or eviction. For a king-size room with three people, an infant is included in the total headcount, so you should book for three people. The infant is counted towards the room's occupancy limit, which is determined by local regulations, not the bed size” So legally we are allowed to bring our infant baby to sleep in our king size bed. Just need to let them know in advance. Our bad! Then once we went to the room it was really dirty! Photos
