Very good room and clean. Mask use was not enforced though.

While the hotel is in good condition, and the staff were fine, the noise level of the hotel made for a very restless night. The was a very loud and very repetitive "dripping" sound in our room. There was also a constant level of noise coming from the hallway and other guest rooms. It seems like this hotel is a "party" location! At 1pm I could hear loud conversations coming from throughout the floor. Plus the hotel charges $8 per night for parking. Overall I was disappointed by my stay.

The free buffet breakfast was not very good. The flavor of the offerings was just not palatable. We should have just paid for an 'order from the menu' breakfast, or gone to another restaurant to eat. However, everything else about the hotel was perfect. Get that breakfast buffet sorted out and I'd rate this one 4 stars.

I had a terrible sleep on my stop over in vancouver before getting an early flight the next day. The hotel itself is clean, staff are friendly and the room was lovely. However, my room was next to the ice machine which of course chugged all night and had people constantly using it which was very loud. Then at 1am someone parked outside the hotel foyer and blasted their music for a really long time. Staff really could have/should have dealt with that. I’m sure I’m not the only one that was kept awake by this. The morning coffee was also disappointing, the jug was practically empty and they had coffee mate, no cream etc. Not sure I would stay here again.

This property is very clean, friendly and convenient

Enjoyed the food staff and the free shuttle to and from the airport.

I booked two queens bed room last time. But they told me that there is only 1 queen bed room left when I checked in. They asked me to sleep on sofa bed. It is very painful that I had at this hotel.

Shuttle service was prompt, courteous and complimentary. Restaurant attached had great food and service. Good rate and great experience for an overnight layover.

Good experience, restaurant next to the hotel very good, good breakfast. Rooms spacious and clean. No noise at all. Parking. Convenient.

I was impressed when they provided us with a courtesy taxi to the airport at checkout when their free shuttle service was full.

Dear Anonymous, Thank you for taking the time to share with us your comments regarding your stay. I would like to start by apologizing to you for not meeting your expectations. We strive to make each stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible. While we are an Airport property we are trying to make an impact on reducing the ambient noise from the surrounding area but unfortunately can not mitigate the routine noise that may occur in the middle of the afternoon. Moreover, similar to that of any metropolitan city parking would come as an additional fee as we also operate a courtesy airport shuttle to provide service to/from YVR airport. Once again, thank you for sharing with us your feedback regarding your stay and hope to welcome you back in the future and make this one particular case an exception.
