Comfortable stay close to airport

Comfortable one night stay close to the airport. Staff helped me to check in early after a long flight, shuttle was easy and beds comfortable.

The rooms are bit dated and the main entrance area could use a little refresher. There was no coffee in the lobby and we had to go out to get some in the morning (the pods were all decaf and the room coffee machine was not working. The shuttle to the airport in the morning that we got onto was actually for the Port of Vancouver for a cruise ship so thankful to the driver who mentioned it on the way out of the parking lot. The desk personnel seemed lost about that whole incident.

Overall, this hotel was good. Just to be picky, some dust were still present in the room and the outside front door area could have been a bit cleaner. Bathroom was very clean so no complaints there. Free airport shuttle was great. Lots of Asian eatries nearby. I would stay again.

Good room bad breakfast.

The hotel was fine. The bed was comfortable and bathroom facilities really nice. Breafast was just horrible and staff were not helpful. Breakfast was a buffet style but it was a mess. Very low quality and unhelpful staff.

I was pleasantly surprised to find out they offered a shuttle service to the cruise port. This wasn't advertised so I'm glad I asked about getting to the cruise port when I checked in. I wasn't so pleasantly surprised when the shuttle driver demanded payment in US funds. But, it was convenient.

Need a more visible sign on shuttle to airport. We were looking for a sign that said Grand Park Hotel and missed it the 1st time. Had to wait over an hour at airport and it was very late. The hotel looks well built and designed but they are letting it get run down.
