Terrible stay!!! No hot water in my room and coffee maker did not work. Waited for almost an hour for the airport shuttle. Not ideal after travelling for 30+ hours. Spent less and 8 hours at the hotel.

Beds are wonderful. Like sleeping on a cloud. It is very quiet for Friday night at midnight. Staff very helpful. Shuttle bus was prompt in picking us up. Wonderful smelling liquid soap and lotion in the bathroom

The building is good but the service is not up to par. You have to request housekeeping, I did but none came. I went down to get the coffee tray filled and they said that they would bring it up but no one showed. There was a fire alarm test and they said that the fire alarm staff would be accompanied by hotel staff, but none came

Nice location. Close to airport, shops and restaurant. Excellent front desk staff. Free shuttle. And a reasonable price. The hotel is showing signs of wear and probably needs some upgrades but I still thought it was worthwhile.

Our room was hardly cleaned when we checked in. The shower had mildew and there was hair in it and on other bathroom surfaces. The main room was dusty, clearly visible on lamps, hard surfaces etc . The lady at check in was lovely and it was convenient for the airport… but for the price I was sorely disappointed in the cleanliness

A short walk to Walmart and more restaurants than I can count on my hands and toes. Staff were on top of things. Coffee station was convenient; however coffee cups were flimsy. Bed was very comfortable.
