Excellent stay, very clean and convenient to airport with a free shuttle and affordable long term parking. I even received a free room upgrade on my birthday, excellent service.

Very convenient if you want to be close to the airport or park n fly. Very noisy though because of that, and the rooms weren’t super clean, and there was bugs in the bathroom, but beds are clean and comfortable.

I was very pleased to have stayed in the penthouse this time. It was a very lovely upgrade for my birthday. However, I do feel that the room had not been cleaned in quite a while. The sofas had a bit of stains and the shower was moldy. But all in all the room is very beautiful and the views are priceless..

Our room was about as far from front desk as it could be so a very long walk with luggage. Access to Denny's Restaurant out back door was inconvenient as no access to get back in building. Parking lot and sidewalks were very icy. Shuttle service was excellent both directions and great schedule
