We choose this hotel because we where in a family trip and we wanted to relax after hours of driving in the pool with the slide!!! The pool was very very cold, the whole swimming pool area was cold except being in the jacuzzi !! This was not what I expected !!!!

Very convenient to take their free shuttle to airport.

Our room was very clean and comfortable and the staff was helpful. The only complaint we had was the noise late at night. There were people fighting in the room above ours, yelling at each other in loud voices. We called the lobby to complain, and finally the voices stopped.

Bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. You could hear all the noise in the hallways. And in the morning they sprayed fertilizer which smelled up the hotel. Not to mention a soon as you walked in the hotel it smelled like a fish market. I would never stay there again or recommend it.

the mattress make my back hurt. till today i have to go to see chiropractic. also the safe doesn't work they didn't work. they didn't fix for us. The room smell. also i tell the front office manager she didn't do anything.

hotel is fine, close to the airport as we needed. but... it was very close, or lest it felt that way because of the noise of the planes.

Only spent the night as I was in transit, but I found the hotel to be very pleasant and the staff friendly and helpful.

For such an economical price and considering the amenities, this hotel was a great deal!! The staff was helpful and courteous, the room was clean and had one of the most comfortable hotel beds I've ever slept on, and the hotel was within 15 minutes of the airport! Also, We had four 20 year olds with us who were happy with the wifi.

This hotel was at the right location and the right price... it is very busy and therefore the room felt heavily used. The trip was without incident, but I thought for a hotel, the room would have been better cared for.

The location is great is close to the airport and close to Richmond where all the amenities are closed by. The weather for the three days in Vancouver were rainy and kind of cloudy, other than the weather we had a great stay at this hotel

The renovated hotel is nice. The suites in the motel part are not nice.

So basically looks much better on outside and main lobby then the room itself. Lobby was big. Great customer service. Very confusing though to get to your room. Room was nice size. Had a funky order. Not the smell of clean and fresh. Bathroom was a good size. Bathtub had a leak. And the ceiling looked a bit moldy. Not sure if if was or not. Other then that. It was ok.

Yes, hotel meet what we want at minimum required of comfortable.

I like the hotel, I feel comfortable, it's the hotle that I always dream to check in.

This hotel is great for 1 night stay. Housekeeping could be improved (there was an empty paper cup outside the balcony).

Booked two nights at this hotel to catch the Richmond Night Market, which is <10 min away by car (down one straight road). We booked the consecutive nights separately and front desk couldn't combine them at checkin, but they kept their guarantee of giving us the same room. No complaints there. We were on the 14th floor (out of 15) in one of the towers. The room itself was neat - basically exactly what you expect for the price at a quick glance. There was a mini balcony with a small table and two chairs, but the view was kind of odd (I think was the highway?) so we didn't go out there. Overall, I loved my stay. Here are some quick points: Pros: - My FAVORITE part of this hotel was the beds. Our queen beds were heavenly and we slept like babies. Bf and I didn't even realize or care that we had fallen asleep on separate beds. The linens wee so soft and the pillows were plump. - Loved the slanted bathroom counters (I'm easy to please haha) - store everything you brought on the wide end + get up close to the mirror on the narrow end. - Pleather/leather(?) work chair was comfortable - I liked the water pressure Cons: - Definitely some allergens in the room. I know the heater can dry out skin/eyes but this was a notch above that - Questionable carpet cleanliness, but we wore socks. No big deal. - Not a fan of the toiletries, but I brought my own - Hard to find an outlet. For us, the two in the main room were a part of the work-table desk lamp and as an extension cord hidden behind the night stand.

We stayed at this hotel on our last night of our trip because it was close to the airport and we had an early flight. It has great amenities like a gym and waterslide pool. We went for a hot tub after walking all day but it was more of a warm tub. Robes would also be a nice touch in the rooms. The beds are extremely comfortable even the pillows. Our room also had a balcony with table and chairs. We would definately stay here again.

Conveniently located to points of interest. Not located in the chaos of downtown but you were within 8-15 mins of must see points of interest. In addition,10 mins from airport.

We got this on a last minute deal for a last minute trip. We've stayed here before and thought it was just okay and so for the price thought it can't get too bad. We were wrong. They gave us one of the Provincial Suites which felt like a run down motel. It smelled of a very old person's perfume/pomade. And it was dark. When we had to lock in our passports, the in-room safe was locked and we had to call front desk twice to get someone upstairs. That set us back 30 minutes behind schedule as they had call the safe company from our room for some codes. The room did not have a fridge unlike the room from our previous visit. There was this big ugly cabinet blocking half of the hallway housing just the the coffee maker and condiments. One of the guest feedback forms had already writings on it. There were only 2 pillows and 2 sets of towels (one of which was already very, very thin and almost torn). There were obvious mildew in the bath tub tiles. The unadjustable shower head was spraying so wide you barely get wet. Overlooking the balcony was a closed pool green with algae. Ridiculously disgusting. They did cover this when we looked out the following morning. Wifi speed was below average. Definitely not coming back here again. The TV guest services features were not working and had to drop by the front desk to check out. And oh, that call to the safe company was in our account as a long distance charge and we had to tell them to take it out.
