The Perfect Spot on Tybee

This property was amazing! It was very clean and the management was very communicative and quick to answer questions. We were 2 blocks from the beach and pier and only slightly longer to stores, bars and restaurants. There was even a private pool that we had access to which was extremely nice. I would definitely book again!

Great Location!

This condo is in the perfect location. It’s not even a block to the beach. The main strip is the next street over and the pool access is 10 steps away. This condo has 3 bedrooms with full sized beds in the guest room and a king in the master. The pictures show a room with 2 twin beds which isn’t true, however, the couch has an (uncomfortable) bed in it. The master bedroom was spacious with a door that lead to then balcony which is shared by the living room. The bed was comfortable enough, however, there are no curtains, only white blinds. Once the sun rises it gets hot in the master and it’s super bright!! That room definitely needs curtains. The other rooms are much darker due to their location. For the most part, it was easy contacting the mgmt company. On the 1st day we had an issue but they were able to get a plumber out the next day. One of the days I had to wait an hour for a response for the pool code as I watched people go into the pool. The hot water runs out fairly quickly due to the size of the water tank which is in a bedroom closet. I’d recommend switching it out to a tankless one. There were plenty of times when someone ended up taking a cold shower. The water in the ocean (last week in March) was freezing. The temps were decent during the day, but as soon as the sun starts to set it got extremely cold. I’d like to visit again when it’s warm. Tybee has lots of good food on the north side of the island not in the tourist area.

Family girls trip

Our stay was great. The rentalIs very clean and we found the beds very comfortable. The location is perfect as you are close enough to shops and restaurants to be able to walk there. We would definitely stay there again.

Swim meet stay

My kids were competing at the Chatham County pool and they were able to rest in comfortable beds. The kitchen was a plus for quick meals. We were able to wash and dry our towels and swim suits for each day. We found the neighborhood to be quiet and safe with plenty of places to eat and shop.

Walking distance to the beach

it's not a super fancy condo, but it's comfortable and convenient. It's close to both the beach and restaurants. We enjoyed the balcony as well.

Great Location. Nice Place.

We came for family stay. Location was perfect. Super close to beach and restaurants. Condo was clean and had all the basics needed. Just as advertised. Communication with managers timely and supportive. The only downside is pool hours. It would be much nicer if pool hours were later than 5pm as time really speeds by on Tybee Time!

Beach Vacation

Our stay was good. It was a low key get away to relax. It was a short walk to the beach, which was very nice. There was enough room for our family to comfortably occupy the condo. The check in was extremely easy as well as check out. We will go back to Tybee Island

Great getaway right by the beach

The property was very clean, the kitchen was stocked with all of the dishes we needed. There was also a lot of free movies on the tv in the living room.

Things we didn’t like

Almost every blind in the condo had holes from where a dog or cat had chewed into them. The blinds on the bedroom going out to the balcony were broken and ripped on the bottom. The floors were nice, but scratched up because they didn’t have any sliders on the end table so when you move it Because it’s heavy you slide it to pull the extra bed out and when you slide it back, it cuts the floor. The bottom of the door going outside from the living room was broke and the outside furniture was also damaged previous to check in. The towel holder in the master bathroom has been ripped off the wall and just taped back onto the wall. When we were checking in, we were made the way 24 minutes past our check in time to get due to the maids, still being in there cleaning. There were only two trashcan bags under the sink. Overall, we still had a good time and made the best of it, but attention to detail goes along way.

Spring Break Getaway

Pros: Location was ideal. We were just across from the pool. Less than 5 minutes walk from the beach. Multiple restaurants within walking distance. Parking was sufficient for 2 vehicles. Cons: Condo was not properly cleaned. All dishes had to be rewashed as they were dirty. Floors were dirty and left feet black. Water dispenser was broken. We were told a work order was placed and it would be repaired that day and then the next. It was never looked at during our 5 day stay: Dishwasher wheels were broken off and the bottom rack would not roll in and out. Busted light cover in the elevator. Rusted fire alarms. Had to text multiple times to get pool code each day. People below us continuously smoked. Molding on the patio door was busted, leaving sharp edges that one of our children cut their foot on while going out into the balcony. Overall, the property was not properly cleaned and has not been well maintained. Though, convienantly located, communication of host was not good.

Communication with the management staff and check-in for a very last minute booking was super easy. The unit is in a great location & it was nice to have a parking space and elevator close to the unit.

Overall, location was awesome, unit was clean , beds very comfortable, small living room with limited seating, tv picture had poor resolution and small, basic cable, but good internet. Great for small families. In all we had a great stay.
