Great location close to coffee shops and restaurants, a market around the corner and a 7 min walk to the subway. Rooms were spacious and clean. I would stay here again and recommend as a cheaper alternative downtown.

Very good apartment, clean and comfortable, well equipped. The area leaves a lot to be desired though, walk one way and it's clean and chic, but turn the corner and there's a homeless encampment. Not the nicest of areas, but convenient with the subway and restaurants nearby

The only area that made us wonder what we had gotten ourselves into was the parking garage - then we made our way up to the hotel lobby and room and we were extremely pleased. Th wonky bonus would have been to be able to open the door to the balcony.

Was not a pleasant stay for the price of $300 the night. Pictures not accurate for the suite we got, very dated, bed was not comfortable - like springs creaking and popping every time you moved, couldn't maintain water for a shower either. Overall wouldn't recommend the place at any price.

Looks dated from the outside but rooms were very nice. Was up kept well but could use some tlc. Beds were alittle hard and you were not allowed to go out into the balcony. Had a coffee bar and location was close to a TTC.

The parking garage was dusty and confusing to navigate but I gather it was under renovation. The homeless encampment around the corner on Charles St was off putting but beyond the hotel’s control.

Just wrapped up a 3-night stay here. Check-in was a breeze—super quick and friendly. The underground parking was secure and spacious, but at $40/night, it definitely added up. The room was comfy for a short stay. The kitchen had all the basics, which was handy. I only cooked in it twice since there are some awesome food spots nearby. Overall, I’d recommend it!
