The front desk staff were very friendly. The room was spacious & the king bed was comfortable. The only negatives were some of the material on the living room wall was peeling & the bathroom sink water pressure needs to be turned down.

Excelente Accomodation . Metr station few blocs away to union station. I loved the full equiped kitchen wich is helpful to warm meal or cook as we are family ir was easier for me..... the reception are very welcoming and warm ... i enjoyed all my stay

Great location. This hotel is really trying to make old infrastructure look good. Our room was changed to a newer renovated one after initial feedback. The rooms are in the process of being updated but you can tell that this has been done many times over and over again. Hotel was quiet and the staff was great. Easy underground parking.

I had a wonderful 2 nights stay. The suite was clean and full kitchen came very handy. The staff were helpful and polite. The Location is unmatched. Everything is walking distance or a quick subway ride. As a woman solo travel, I felt safe and left with great memories.
