We had a large group in town for a sports event. This house was perfect for our needs. We were able to cook for our players. There were enough beds for everyone to sleep well, and in the afternoons we got to play games around the table outside and swim in the pool and soak sore muscles in the hot tub! The management was extremely responsive. When there weren’t enough pool towels, we had brand new towels from Target waiting for us later that day. We highly recommend this house for large groups!

House was very clean, comfortable beds, nice decor, nice game room, great pool area. My only suggestion would be to have more eating utensils and baking sheets for appetizers and small eats. A sound system wld be a great addition as well. Otherwise altogether great stay for 12 adults going to a destination wedding in Tampa which was 20 minutes away. Food shopping and Liquor store one mile away. Location of house could be a surprise but very private and always felt safe.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this stay was not worth the premium price we paid. The location of the house was very hard to find and the property is surrounded by trailer park communities.On a positive note, the layout of the house worked well for our big group. The rooms met our needs, and the kids especially loved the bunk bed room, which was a fun highlight of the trip.Unfortunately, many basics were not taken care of. There were sewer flies, the water smelled bad, and several showers were freezing cold no matter how long we let them run. Some ceiling fans could not be turned off because the remotes were missing, which made a few rooms uncomfortable at night. The kitchen cabinet had dirty, used coffee cups, which made us question how thoroughly the home was cleaned. On top of that, there were spring loaded mouse traps, which felt unsafe and especially concerning with young kids who could easily get injured.Overall, even with the good space for a large group and the fun bunk bed room for the kids, I would not stay here again and cannot recommend it at the current price.

Grumpy Old Men

Beautiful home with a tranquil backyard and exceptional pool and patio area. It is a definite hidden gem. Our group thoroughly enjoyed our time. We had enough room to spread out and enjoy ourselves. We were close to our volunteer projects in Tampa and the airport. We experienced a loss of power during a rain storm Saturday evening. But, property management sent someone out. We were unable to use the stove or have access to the internet and tv for a while. The grill was utilized for dinner and good ole conversation became our entertainment. We hope that future guesta enjoy the property as much as we did.

House

The property is kind of hidden down a dirt drive. It didn’t seem like there would be a nice house and then you come around the corner and it was great. The house was clean. There were plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms. The pool was nice. We really enjoyed that it was screened in! The only recommendations I would make is that the games in the game room are pretty run down. They could be updated. The kids were a little disappointed. There could be more pool towels! We did laundry the whole time to keep up with pool towels. The dryer didn’t work very well. So it had to run several times before they were dry. The toilet paper provided was very thin so I feel like people ended up using more than needed. Other wise it was a great place to stay to have extended family together!! If we are in the area we would definitely stay here again!!

Overall, very nice property. The internet went out on Friday, and for me was not a big deal. The kids on the other hand whined a lot. Not sure if it was the router/modem or if the area had service outage. The property was nice, the movie projector on the upstairs patio had been removed which, we were planning on watching movies out there. Some of the furniture had stains on it from previous guest. The driveway in could use some work, and the area surrounding the property was a little rough. I did not feel unsafe but definitely would not go walking after dark on the roads. I would stay at this property again if we revisit the area.

The home was very nice. Had an issue with the SPA heater also heating the pool water making it too hot to use. Didn't use the Spa, the pool eventually cooled enough to use. Recommend more than one garbage can for a six-bedroom house.

Girls weekend away

We had a group of 13 girls out for a weekend away. The house was accommodating for all our needs. It was exactly as it was described. The space allowed for us all to congregate together in the living rooms and outdoors by the pool. Our host answered all of our question's timely. I would only add there was a long private drive which leads to the house as it was tucked away. Great property for a weekend in! Thank you!

Great house!

House was large and well stocked. Tons of towels, bowls, plates, etc. Beds were extremely comfortable! The couch could use a good deep clean and the yard was a mess of tall grass and weeds. Had a few issues with the fire alarm but it was quickly rectified by management. Would definitely stay again!

Large house suitable for big groups

This house was booked to accommodate 14 people. This was achieved although two people will need to like being outside as one double bed outside on covered porch (beautiful setting). House not quite ready after previous renters, and needed additional things being brought in to allow cooking of team meals, but owner worked hard to address these deficiencies quickly (and following up afterwards). Beautiful games room. Pool and hot tub nice with spacious patio area. Home not as new as photos suggest but comfortably furnished. Neighbourhood is modest. Given the couple of days spent dealing with these matters, location, and the house not really being in the luxury bracket, charge for house felt too high. More attention by the owner to details, and downward adjustment of price, would reduce expectations and increase happiness of experience.

Fun for everyone

The house is well maintained. Communication and care by property owner and manager was top notch! Plenty of space for everyone to enjoy time together or take breaks to themselves. Clean and well stocked. We had a great time and will hopefully be back next year.
