Dont have anything wrong to say, everything was good. The price was good

I have stayed at this hotel a dozen times over the past year. This past stay, they were unable to find my Orbitz booking, followed by an issue with an Expedia credit card not working. None of this having anything to do with me. I had to wait 30 minutes after a long day and flight (about 8 or 8.30 pm) while they sorted out their issues and they never offered a glass of water, any sort of apology, a drink at the bar, nothing. Basically I sat in the hall for 30 minutes. After all my business! Got into the room and I easily heard every word of the person's phone conversation next door and the air con sounded like a fog horn. Had dinner in the restaurant and had to go get the waiter because he was too busy reading his phone to notice me sitting there. I will not go back.

This Hotel was very nice a little better then what I am normally stay at the staff was very friendly, free wine on Mondays and close to the mall. The beds where High and hard and the room seemed cramped lucky it was only me and not a family of 3 or more the restaurant in the hotel was great but I think a little over priced $4.00 for a can soda i mean come on. But over all it was a Pleasing stay.

The place was spotless. No problems what so ever. Staff excellent.

Beautiful stay, clean, friendly and overall excellent stay!

Perfect location. Classy yet comfy/cozy hotel & rooms. It was very nice. Much better than my room on our cruise ship! Free in room HGTV! VERY comfortable beds, large bathroom- bedroom area was spacious. Free shuttle to the Airport was extremely helpful!!! 7 minutes to the airport was AWESOME!

Basic hotel. Nothing special. Basic hotel. Nothing special. Basic hotel. Nothing special. Basic hotel. Nothing special.

It was a little depress when we got our room, thirth floor with no view at all in our fist visit to Tampa, I told the front desk agent and he kindly give us the best view in the 9 floor, pools floor also, made our Christmas and my girls birthday, very happy!!! Thank you.

The lobby is nicely appointed and there are nice restaurants there, but the rooms are small and the furnishings are old. Internet will cost you $13.95 PER DAY. There is no refrigerator or microwave in the room, however you can order them for just under $50 each. The room never quite cooled down. Just ... nooo.

Very nice hotel. I would have liked to have stayed more than one night but my schedule would not allow. It is easily accessible to some many venues. The staff was polite, courtesy, and extremely helpful, which began with the valet at the entrance and on through the hotel.

Just a few minutes from TPA airport, location was convenient. Shopping is close by too. Hotel was clean and rooms were nice. Front desk folks were welcoming and friendly. Our first bartender was excellent. There is a Schula's Steakhouse in the hotel. Higher prices, but good food.

Very nice hotel and staff room was very clean and everything was in its proper place would def stay again

Great place to stay. In the center of everything. Magnificent restaurants and shopping right accross the street. This will be my 1st choic every time I am in Tampa.

Noisey elevators. You can hear them in the rooms

Nice stay, but no laundromat or complementary breakfast. Nice pool and exercise room though and good restaurant and room service. Desk did call sister property Holiday Inn across the street and they let us use their laundromat.

Beautiful hotel, super clean, plenty of amenities, friendly staff, easy access to parking garage and close to everything. I would definitely book here if I return back to Tampa. ;)

Very pleased with hotel. Conveniently located near the airport.

Super convenient especially if you have a car. Right across the street from shopping and dinning. Quiet rooms with decent views of the surrounding area. My only less-than-favorable comments would be 1) for the price, a standard continental breakfast at no charge to hotel guest would be nice, 2) when booking, through ANY site, there should be a priority parking option ( allows you closer access to hotel entrance ), 3) a better late-night menu (the mall across the street closes too early and after 11p there aren't many dining options close by not requiring the use of a car)

The hotel was under construction so there were workers near the lobby area. That's not the worst thing in the world but the temporary fitness area was way too small which made it difficult to have a normal workout.

Good hotel if you're not planning on staying few nights. Reason I say that is because you don't have a fridge, microwave or wifi , if you do want those items they'll charge you per day to use them Other than that the place is clean , and the staff is amazing like 25 mins away from the closest beach
