The host was a great communicator, I always received a response almost immediately when I messaged her. The home was perfect for me and my family during my son’s graduation from U of Tampa. We had everything we needed to make meals, we had a lot of fun playing checkers and pool, the beds were comfortable and overall, we really enjoyed the home. I would definitely recommend!

Overall stay was good. House was clean and neighborhood was quiet. Favorite part was the pool. Also, the kids really enjoyed the billiards table, old school video games, and chess table. Communication with host was excellent. The only disappointment was that no boat was available tor rental which was one of the main reasons we booked the property. The host provided us with direct contact information for the boat owner. The owner explained that he might be selling the boat and would contact us back but never did. The host provided us with an alternative boat rental source but an equivalent boat rental wasn’t available, likely due to it being spring break. Upon arrival to the property, we noticed the boat that was advertised with the property was not sold and was sitting out the the driveway across the street during our entire booking. If you’re specifically looking for a vacation on water, I cannot say that we would recommend this property. However, it’s still a nice place if you’re looking for a clean, quiet stay with some added entertainment options. Thanks for the nice stay!

Cute home in safe neighborhood

We enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable, the backyard was private and well maintained, the pool was perfect for the kids to play, and it was clean. The location is great for a short drive to the beach and near shopping centers, which is always a plus.

Home is as advertised, clean, well appointed, everything you need. Family especially loved the pool area on the hot sunny days! Great location to explore Tampa and the surrounding area. Vildana is a good communicator and eager to help if you need anything.

Amazing place with everything you need

This spot was incredible and the hosts were fantastic. They truly thought of everything to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as can be. We loved the pool and bbq setup! Was perfect for spending time with family. The decor of the house is also worth mentioning. I honestly wish my bathroom look like theirs. We would def stay again!

PERFECT

I rented this house for my son’s medical school graduation. There were 7 of us ranging in age from 26 to 89. The house was exactly as advertised. It was beautifully decorated, comfortable, clean, and exactly what we needed. The pool was a wonderful addition. The amenities contained many little extras which were a nice touch. Communication with our host were perfect. I would absolutely recommend this property!!! Even though my son graduated I would consider coming back to this property!!
