Good hotel close to highways would stay here again

Friendly staff and the hotel was clean. It could use some refreshing as far as remodels go.

Nothing unique. Nothing stood out at special. Wifi connection was bad. Repeated error in the wifi providers end. Told the staff and felt like it was just prushed off.

Overall hotel was good only downside was that the elevators we-rent always clean and had an odd smell. The staff was very courteous, it was a breeze to check in and check out, and very easy to find the hotel.

Stayed here in July 2014, hotel lobby was undergoing renovations and the onsite restaurant and bar were affected. This stay was much nicer that there was a comfortable new lounge restaurant area. Hotel is convenient for my business needs but there are no outside restaurants in the neighborhood. Still I like the location and it's close to major thoroughfares to get to the airport and other neighborhoods.

This hotel was recommended to me as a prime location (which it was) near my business destination. I knew that there was not "alot" nearby (restaurants, shops)...but there is NOTHING nearby. Add to this, the hotel just started a renovation (not aware of this before arrival) so there is no lobby or lounge, and a temporary restaurant set up. Nowhere to hold a business meeting. My room was clean and quiet, but was only provided decaf coffee pods. Had to pay $7.95 for a mediocre breakfast that would be complimentary at most hotels of this caliber. I will stay elsewhere next time.

I stay in Hilton's all over the great USA and never have I experienced such a poorly trained staff in customer service. I was told my room was not ready for me to check in when I got there at 12:30 which I am fine with. But as I sat waiting in the lobby they checked in multiple people. 2 hours later I asked to speak to the manager. The young lady at the counter said she was the manager so I said I would wait as she was checking a family into 3 rooms. Much to my surprise 5 minutes later another young lady walked up to me and said in fact she was the manager. Strange because she is a different person than the one standing in front of me still checking the family into 3 rooms. I was told they were sorry and would check me in right away. Well this took the manager approx. 10 minutes to complete. I had a reservation,I am a Hilton honors member but yet it still took 10 minutes to check me in. I must state for my troubles I did receive a free Apple juice and was given a coupon for 1 whole free beer or glass of wine. If that is going above and beyond for your Hilton honors members is hate too see how they treat regular customers.

Difficult to find but had a good stay. Wish breakfast had been included as no restaurants nearby.

Great location if you're headed to the Hard Rock. Shuttle service available door-to-door. Staff is friendly and helpful. Had a room with two double beds, one of which I think a very large, fat person spent a very large amount of time. HUGE sunken area in bed. We complained when leaving room for the day, and returned late at night to a message that bed issue had been addressed. It had not! No change. When trying to re-position mattress, discovered dirt, dust, and general disgusting stuff under and behind bed. First impression of room was fine, but after that we realized things were not as they appeared. YUCK! Probably will never stay here again. It's a shame, because overall location and appearance of hotel is not bad.

The room was very cold when we arrived. Temp was set at 60degrees. We had to turn on the heat to warm it up. Couldn't use pool as it rained our entire stay but looked nice. Very friendly staff and accommodating.

The staff was very helpful . The room was super clean ! And we have no complaints .... Just we went able to stay longer .
