Upon arrival I was met by a helpful person at the desk which is always a sign of things to come. The grounds were well kept and the room was clean. You can tell it is an older property but it has been well maintained. The pool was nice and the beach was perfect. The rest of the staff was friendly and helpful. One curious thing I had about it was that they offered beach and pool towels and tracked them with a microchip if you didn't return them. Very cool but perhaps a bit extreme. I enjoyed my stay there and I highly recommend it.

We met some of the kindest and most helpful people at this resort. I would highly recommend the Sirata. The rooms were very comfortable, and there were plenty of pools and bars/restaurants to hang out at. Everyone from the front desk to the restaurants and bars were so incredibly nice. We had a fantastic time at this resort bu everyone from the front desk to the restaurants and bars were so incredibly nice. We had a fantastic time at this resort with our two kids!

Pros: * Right on the beach, hotel staff was very nice, great view, price was reasonable. Cons: * No balcony, service charge fees per day for amenities that we never used.

Great location on beach. I don't recommend Rum Runners. Bad service. We could not get anyone to wait on our table for dinner. Some of the staff were rude

I'm very disappointed in my recent stay at Sirata. Here are the reasons why: 1. I did not know there was a resort fee. 2. My room was dusty, did not have toiletries i.e. shampoo, conditioner, etc. I had to request them. 3. The next day I left early, and came back at 4pm to find my room the same way I left it. My room was not cleaned. It was filthy.

It was nice till I woke up to a big roach in my bed.

Friendly staff, clean, and organized. Great beach location. Restaurant over priced.

The rooms vary widely as to how large they are and of course view. There seem to be humidity problems as each room had AC and a dehumidifier in them. My first room's rug felt very damp and the hotel staff kindly got us an other room. The wait staff at the hotel is not the friendliest which is surprising as they depend on tips. The other staff is very courteous and friendly. This is a pet and child friendly hotel. If you like peace and quiet this isn't the place over a holiday weekend to relax at the pool. The hotel has 3 restaurants on the property and you can walk to many more which is very convenient and of course the beach is right at your door step.

All staff was very friendly. This hotel is older but everything was clean and it is just steps to the beach.

Was given room with kitchen and living area that we did not ask for and was much more expensive. When we reported it we were moved to another room with only basic accommodations and was told we would not b getting any refund from the room that was $260.00 per night. We find this practice very questionable and would appreciate a full review. Thank you. Robert and Anna Leininger

We've stayed at the Sirata 4 times in a year and a half...We loved it the first time, and with each stay, improvements are made...the room was recently remodeled, great air conditioning...the compass grille restaurant continues to amaze us...the Peruvian Chile and Lime Scallops are delicious...so is the rest of the menu...excellent bacon wrapped shrimp, the beef tenderloin was outstanding...extensive wine list...tasty desserts... This was the first time we booked a boat tour with Sun Coast Watersports for shelling...great time, great value...also rented a jet ski...had a blast...we will definitely be back!

Overall, we had a very nice stay and would stay at this resort again.

SPENT TIME WITH FAMILY. THE CONVIENCE OF THE BEACH WAS GREAT. FRONT DESK WAS HELPFUL AND PLEASENT. WE WOULD DEF. COME BACK ON ANOTHER OCCASION.

The resort was very nice and right on the beach in the water. You have to get the beach view. It's the best way to wake up and see the sun come up over the water. The staff was not great. Room service I used and they didn't bring up my right order and they couldn't remake it and was not impressed. Then they charged me for a car pass. When it was Free in the resort charge. So had to get that taken off my bill. But over all, if you like the beach and want to wake up with palm trees and Sun and Beach. This is the place to Go to!!! I'll be back..

Beach access and proximity to restaurants and stores was excellent. Interiors of the hotel were very outdated and the rooms and bathrooms were too small. Beach towels were often out of stock.

Great location within walking distance of several bars & restaurants.

Very nice and friendly hotel right on the beach. Room was very clean, a little outdated but we only sleep there. Very friendly and helpful staff. Have been going here for 10 years and have never experienced any problem. Close to a lot of great restaurants.

the hotel was amazing, the pools were refreshing, the bar was pouring, the sand was hot, the waves were crashing, all in all I cant wait to go back

View was blocked, check in time different than on confirmation, couldn't use room safe as it was locked, no hand towels, AC didn't keep up and it wasn't even real hot out. Very disappointed.

We enjoyed our stay. Great Beach! I think they should give you free coffee. Or at least have 1 coffee bar that is complimentary. The coffee maker in room was dirty. I think parking should be free as well. With the money you pay to stay there, you should be able to park. And the food in the restaurants was a little disappointing. Otherwise the room was clean, and we had a awesome view! Staff very helpful, and friendly.
