Good stay, staff was courteous and helpful. Breakfast was interesting because we had to have a “coupon” and someone serve it to us then go to our rooms to eat. Seemed if we would have wanted more, we’d need another coupon. Kinda overboard on that aspect but the rest was good. Room was clean and the area had several restaurants, shopping & liquor store close by which was convenient for people traveling without a car.
After arriving I realized I had left an item behind at the airport shuttle waiting area. Luis, the shuttle driver, was more than happy to drive me back to retrieve it. All the while the manager secured my luggage behind the front desk. The people here are amazing and accommodating.
It could be better, and they could use more help.

The ac did not work. The room had new finishes and paint, but the hotel still seemed dated. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Transportation to the cruise ship and airport. Good deal. Everyone liked the breakfast. Hotel is old, but clean. The bed was very comfortable.
Close to airport which is why I chose it. Overall room was large but dated. Bathroom was small. Problem with AC unit upon arrival. Had to call maintenance.

Thank You for your Feedback. However we do not have any issues with Bed Bugs. We have a professional company that comes in periodically to check our rooms. Noone has said anything to us at the frontdesk about any issues with bed bugs.
