We killed 2 cockroaches in our room. Very dirty inside the room and outside as well. Front desk clerk very professional, helpful and efficient.

Property very dirty both inside the room and outside as well. Front desk clerk extremely helpful, courteous and professional. We killed 2 cockroaches and we would never recommend Econo Lodge

The room was awful! The bed was terrible and dirty!

1st room: sticky carpet, dirty bathroom, misaligned doors 2nd room: dead roaches in the bathroom 3rd room: every generation of roaches

I understand that Florida is used to bugs. But this is the first hotel in many stays that I experienced such an infestation! The "remodeling" attempts appear to have been done by a 4 year old. The rug in our first room was sticky, and there were many baby roaches. The second room had dead roaches on the floor in the bathroom. Room 700 was the one with the greatest infestation. Your desk staff claimed they had not seen the rooms. They didn't know too much about the geography of the area. The lobby appeared to be the best place of the complex. The breakfast was all about carbs.

Dear Orbitz, My name is Mark Gardner (which your records will show), and I was on the account for this trip for Tampa. I am not normally an individual who complains about anything. With that said this was the worst place I have ever stayed. The staff did not seem to care about our concerns, they always had an excuse for our concerns (which I will list): First, we had to come to the front desk everyday in order to get new key cards, and we got blamed for the issue (cell phones, etc) Second, the water was always cold (cold showers), brought to their attention nothing ever addressed. Third, the WIFI was down, and no reason given why, or if it would be corrected, making it difficult to follow up on things at home, etc. Fourth, the cleaning staff never refreshed the coffee, unless a note was left. We had to go to the front desk everyday for our coffee, and other amenities. Fifth, there breakfast was not very good, no choices, same thing everyday. Sixth, the room were under construction: Microwave could not be plugged in due to no electrical outlet. My friend did take pictures of his room (which was worse than mine). I feel the price we paid, was not the service we got. This particular lodging should not be listed on Orbitz.

If you are planning a trip to see a Yankee spring training game, this is a great hotel because of the location! Extremely close and within walking distance! Not only are the stadiums close, but great little diners are as well! The room was very clean but the shower in our bathroom did not properly work - we didn't bother mentioning to change rooms though because it was for one night and we could make do! The staff was very accommodating and friendly... I am confident that if we did mention the shower they would have helped us out immediately!

The shower got hole no floor mat and can not close the door bathroom

Staff was good, only problem was the cockroaches, other than that it was OK.

My poor wife and I stated in room 616, what a dump, the toilet didn't work, in the middle of the night roaches all over the place. The shower handle broken. A complete disaster, I cannot believe there hotels allowed to be open for tourists coming to FL.

I've stayed at this hotel before. Customer service was horrible at front desk and housekeepers were very rude also. it is in a good location but since the hotel changed from Comfort Inn to Econolodge it has went downhill.

Where to begin... The bed was broken - literally. No internet in the room. The bathroom door didn't close. TV reception was bad. They had an endless car commercial blaring in Spanish in the breakfast room. The sign wasn't even on, so we had a hard time finding the place at night. Really bad motel.

Hospitality was great. Price was reasonable for short stay.

Great one night stay, and the breakfast was fresh.

First room had exposed electrical outlet right next to the head of the bed, telephone did not work and the faucet had a steady stream of water that could not be shut off. Second rooms bathroom door had a catch in it that made a loud noise when shutting it, the air conditioner was noisy and did not do an addiquite job of cooling the room.

The room is in need of updating and is not well-maintained. We arrived near midnight, so didn't have the energy to ask for the missing towels & bathmat. Yes, it's economy quality, but we expected more for the $100 price. The breakfast was ok, but there was no butter for toast and bagels. We appreciated the airport shuttle, on time as promised.

It was awful! Cockroaches were all over our room. We checked in about 9:15 pm and checked out around 10:15pm.

Location is the only thing good about this hotel. It is old and clean but dingy.

No frills Motel, near nothing but Raymond James Stadium, which makes it an ideal location if you're going for a game! Perfect place to be surrounded by Packer Fans if the Pack is coming to town!

lots of mold everywhere, in desperate need of remodel
