Three-week stay
The property has extensive gardens that separate individual rentals giving them a feeling of privacy. Parking spaces are limited but, work fairly well.

Easy to downtown
The garden room was convenient to our activities. It was a bit more informal than we expected but was a good deal for the price. Very quiet.

Bohemian Flair
Vicki was very responsive and easy to work with. This home is nestled nicely between Clearwater and Dunedin with the Pinellas Trail only blocks away.
The lot has other buildings on it that are also rented. The home has a very cool, laid back vibe. If you are looking for high end, keep looking. However, if you are looking for calm, peaceful comfort, then you must book this tiny home. I found it to be clean and well appointed. There is a hot plate, microwave and toaster oven with plenty of dishes. There is not a stove/oven.
The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the shower is large.
This was the perfect place for me to take a few moments to relax and recenter.

Nice experience
Aside from missing towels and Roku unplugged when we arrived everything was great. Everything we needed was available. Vicki's voice mail is full so if you need to reach her plan ahead.

Neat and clean
The room was neat and clean. The decor was eclectic, funky and fun. We were in a good spot for our main focus-spring training. I missed having a coffee pot. There was only a water heating pot. It was also noisy at night. The refrigerator made noise all night. There were voices, sounds of things being moved, even sawing one night, that was challenging. Then again, I am a light sleeper. The room worked in general for our purposes.

You get what you expect.
My wife and I (and our dog) stayed at this property for five nights between Christmas and New Year's Day while visiting my in-laws at a nearby retirement community. The room was clean and the bathroom is very large and looks to have been updated (probably takes up a third of the unit's space). According to the manager, the ceiling fan broke a week prior to our visit, and was still not operating while we were there. There is a nice fence-enclosed yard with a variety of plants. Parking consists of open spaces in front of the main house, but availability can be limited if you park at night as most spots are taken by other renters . The cottage is definitely "no thrills", but it served it's purpose for us (just wanted a place to sleep and shower) and I think we would have no problem renting it again next year as the price was right. There is a fire pit by the parking area, and there is a washer/dryer at the main house (but we didn't use it so I don't know how good it works) .

Charming and Well-Equipped
Every aspect of the property was charming. From the quirky upcycled garden decorations to the clean, comfortable furnishings, everything is designed to make you relax. The kitchen and bathroom were very well stocked. The bed (with real pillows, not those half-sized ones motels seem to use) was totally comfortable. Everyone was friendly. Would recommend this place to everyone.

Peaceful relaxing area with outdoor garden sitting in the shade
A great location conveniently near everything you want while visiting Florida's Clearwater St. Pete area. I was here for a week of Spring Training Baseball. Four teams are nearby and the whole week was awesome. The Studio apartment is cozy and ready for meals, sleeping, and refreshing recoveries from active days.
This is the place if you like helping the local economy and not corporate stock holders. Looking forward to a return next spring!

Cozy and convenient
We chose this place because it was convenient to family in Clearwater and Dunedin. It was warm and cozy, and had everything we needed...a comfortable bed, nice hot shower, big closet, kitchenette, and a place where my husband could sit outside and have a smoke. The owner was friendly and helpful. We would definitely come back!
