Perfect location - Nice place!

The property was within walking distance of tons of historical downtown areas and restaurants. The rooms were nice sized and worked great for our group of 3 couples. The place actually feels bigger than the pictures show. Would definitely recommend this place!

Great location — some frustration.

The location was great and the property was fine except that the gas went off on day 2 of our week and remained off for over two days - no cooktop, no gas grill, no gas light by the front door, the gas fireplace apparently didn’t work in any event. While we were offered the use of next door properties beginning the day after the gas went out, we were never compensated for the lack of service. The management team was, to be fair, very good at staying in touch but, despite at one point being offered a free night, the owner decided no compensation was necessary. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with the management company again, but I would not choose this location.

Great Place

Great place to stay. Everything was clean and comfortable! Keep an eye out for the gas light outside the front door—had a minor head injury from hitting it as they are low.

What a beautiful place!! The villa is spacious and luxurious, and turned out to be the perfect place for our family to meet for a special weekend celebration. The property is comfortable, spotlessly clean, and well appointed…and the communication with the management was seamless. Our highest recommendation!!

Great stay

The property was great! The home is very spacious, which made it very comfortable for our stay. Located in a nice part of Savannah. Walkable to all. Communication was always fast. Highly recommend this VRBO.

Amazing experience

Exactly as advertised. Awesome place. They should advertise the tankless hot water. For a family of 5, it was great. It was super clean, every update you can imagine. Really nice neighborhood. It is not centrally located, but still close to all the sites and places to be. Highly recommend and would stay there again.

Great property and location

Property description and photos are very representative. Great home with large kitchen, dining, and living area. Appears to have been recently remodeled with great appliances. Each bedroom is its own suite with comfortable king bed and awesome showers. We have stayed in a variety of properties in Savannah and this was first with a dedicated, off street parking spot. It was great to know you had a place to park without circling blocks and probably even better not worrying about which day of week street cleaning occurs so you don't get a ticket for parking on wrong side of the street. The outside seating area and grill were a nice surprise. Property is at eastern edge of historic district and is an easy walk to central historic area and river street. A small coffee shop is literally less than a minute away. No complaints/concerns and would definitely stay again if have the opportunity.

Amazing location

We had a wonderful stay! We will definitely be back! The host was extremely helpful and very informative! The house was in an amazing location and it was an easy walk anywhere. The layout of the house was perfect and everything was very clean.

Plenty of space with three very comfortable en suite bedrooms for some alone time at the end of the day. Very clean. Owners were very responsive - we had a smoke alarm start beeping the first evening, one text and a maintenance person was there at 8:30 the next morning. Within walking distance of downtown. Would stay there again without question.

Perfect getaway

We were visiting Savannah for the first time as three couples. House is even more beautiful than the pictures. Every bedroom has a comfortable king bed with amazing pillows and it’s own modern bathroom. Location is ideal, easy walks to restaurants, shopping and river walk. The owners were very responsive. Any question or issue was immediately addressed. We’ve stayed at many homes and this was right up at top of the list! Highly recommend. We’d definitely stay again, no hesitation.

The house was absolutely gorgeous! Marble countertops, all king-size beds, trendy light fixtures, and beautiful furnishings. And the location was perfect! Walking distance to River Street and great restaurants. I will definitely stay in homes offered by this company again.

Great House for girlfriends trip!

House worked well for our group! It was easy to walk to wherever we wanted to go in Savannah, and then we had a nice place to relax and hang out in the evening. The beds were super comfortable and all the bathrooms have recently been redone. The only small piece of criticism I would give the house is that we did hear some traffic outside when we were sleeping. I wouldn’t say the road was busy, but the age of the house and the single pane windows probably contributed. We would definitely stay here again though.

Stunning property - great location!

The property is absolutely stunning and the location is great (walk to river street or Broughton)! The kitchen has everything needed to make all your meals if desired. The grill on the back porch is in very good shape - we used it one evening. Highly recommend this beautiful home for a stay in Savannah!

Perfect for our girls trip!

The house was beautiful and easy to find. The location was perfect and we were able to easily walk to restaurants, River Street, and many historical sights. Could not have asked for a better location! Beds were comfortable, rooms were spacious, and everything was very clean. A full length mirror would be a nice addition for getting ready to go out but we did fine without one. Thank you for opening up this beautiful home to share!

Great location!

Great location - close to the River Walk and reasonable walking distance to almost everything else. The DOT bus stop is very near, as was the tram stop. House was beautiful! We had a little trouble getting in with the code when we first arrived but the property manager was extremely helpful. The garbage cans on the back deck were very full - looked like they hadn’t been emptied for a long time.

Perfect stay

We stayed here for our girls weekend and it was the absolute perfect set up. The 3 master suites worked perfectly for our group of 6 and the unit was clean, nicely decorated and spacious. Walking distance to pretty much everything and surrounded by great restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay here again!
