Generally excellent experience. One exception was housekeeping who never made up room and when I enquired with her insisted we had the Do Not Disturb Sign on the door when I specifically checked it was inside the room before leaving for the day. When I challenged her she rudely said “ and I am saying the sign was on the door”. Not what I expect from a hotel of any stature and certainly not a Hilton.
