We only did a one night stay for a concert in the park just outside the hotel. All the staff we interacted with were nice & helpful. Room was clean & tidy with a great view on the 9th floor. My only complaint is the parking… No where in the process of my reservation did it mention the price or the parking. So I assumed it came with the price of our reservation. I was wrong.. Beautiful hotel, horrible parking experience..

When we were there only two elevators were working for 22 floors with possibly 20 ish rooms on each floor. We stood waiting for an empty elevator for 20 minutes. In the end, we had to press the up button to go down. For a Hilton, I’d expect more.

Truly an underwhelming hotel experience. Everything from the staff to overall cleanliness of the room was very disappointing. From the moment we entered the property the valet staff was ru Unaware and on their phone. No clear directions for self parking. When we go to the first room it qas very dirty, tub was old and moldy and shower head was rusted. Overall a very mediocre hotel stay at the Hilton. Would not recommend.
